Tell your favorite people it’s time for a “BAEcation” on the Outer Banks! Situated just one lot back from the beach, ocean views and salty breezes are yours to enjoy from this delightfully fun semi-oceanfront home. The walkway to the beach is conveniently located directly across the street. The beachy decor and attention to detail will surely put you and your BAEs into the spirit of a fun and memorable OBX vacation.
Upon entering the home on the second floor, you are greeted by a living area that is equally comfortable and attractive. Natural light fills the space, and there are views of the ocean. An electric fireplace is ready to keep you warm if the weather is chilly. Around the corner, the spacious and attractive kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need and more to prepare delicious meals, creative cocktails, and special treats (like homemade ice cream and milkshakes) throughout your stay, just add your groceries. Stock the under-counter wine cooler for easy access to your favorite vacation drinks. At sunrise, make your morning coffee and head outside onto deck to watch the sky change colors. Choose to relax on the deck in the sunshine or in the shade, with a variety of comfortable seating options. Back inside, barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter for a quick grab-and-go breakfast before heading outside for the day. In addition to eating meals together, the dining room table can also serve as a place to play cards or games in the evenings.
The bedrooms and bathrooms in the home feature cheerful coastal decor, each with a different theme. There is one private den on the second floor, which includes access to the wraparound deck. A full bathroom is available in the hallway just outside of the den. Upstairs on the third floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, each room featuring beachy decor with fun details. The master bedroom on the third floor is truly a relaxing space to retreat to. The spacious bedroom is comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated in calming shades of blue. The bedroom includes access to a private covered deck, which offers ocean views and furniture that is both charming and comfortable. Back inside, the whirlpool bath tub in the master bathroom is the perfect place to wind down after a fun filled day with your BAEs. Laundry facilities are also available on the third floor of the home. On the ground floor, there is an outdoor shower, grilling area, fish cleaning table, and covered parking.
“BAEcation” is in the Pelican Watch community of townhomes, which includes a community pool and multiple beach accesses. The neighborhood is situated close to the Southern Shores/Kitty Hawk town, making it convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The shops and restaurants in Southern Shores Crossing are within close walking distance, for easy access to a lively night out without venturing too far from your home away from home.
