Experience coastal luxury at “Front Row”. This oceanfront retreat welcomes you and your guests with impressive ocean views! Enjoy easy access to a second-floor oceanfront kitchen that comfortably accommodates large family gatherings. Ample amenities, coastal ambiance, and attention to detail combine to help make your vacation a relaxing experience.
The fourth floor hosts the sleeping quarters. Drift to sleep with the sounds of ocean waves with four master bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. Three master bedrooms can enjoy deck access, perfect for relaxing mornings. The third floor hosts one master bedroom with a private bathroom and private veranda. Luggage arrival is a breeze with the all-floor elevator.
Step onto the second floor and you’ll be greeted by the spacious great room. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow unparalleled views of ocean waves and light flow in. The great room features comfortable furnishings and a home theatre system for the ultimate movie night. There is also a fireplace for the cooler months. All chefs will love the stunning kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including two dishwashers and two ovens. Mealtimes can be enjoyed in the ample dining space and counter seating. There is also a wet bar to prepare delicious beverages. The outdoor deck is perfect for catching up with loved ones and scouting local wildlife during all hours. The second floor features one master bedroom with a private bathroom and private deck.
The first floor is sure to be a family favorite. Have endless fun in the state-of-the-art rec room! Enjoy hours of ping pong, air hockey, stick hockey, basketball, foosball, pool, or the home theatre system. There is also a full kitchen and barstool seating for grabbing a snack or creating a family feast. The first floor features three bedrooms, including a shared bathroom and a cabana half-bathroom. There is also a double laundry area. Outside, the private pool oasis awaits! Take a refreshing dip in the pool or lounge on the outdoor furnishings. There is also a poolside cabana for grabbing a cool beverage. When you’re ready for the beach, take advantage of the private beach walkway. After a day of fun in the sun, take a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub before heading to bed.

"I Loved all the different levels and the short 4 or 5 stairs to get to them. I also enjoyed the games room. I rarely used those rooms when I visit, but I made use of them this time. The view was fantastic and so was the location. It really felt like a home, not just a house. It's instantly on my Top 5 list and I would book it again in a heartbeat. And to do that, I hope Hannah will always be able to assist me. She's an amazing woman and I can't tell you how much I appreciate her going above and beyond the call of duty to make me and my family's vacations special."
"The house checked all the boxes except a movie room, which the parents were ok with!! Nice open kitchen and large living area with great views. Pool was a little small but kids loved it. All rooms and beds were comfortable but one mattress was quite warped. 3 fridges throughout the house is nice and everyone had an exceptional trip. No red flags and we’d rent it again."
"Overall, Front Row was a decent option for our vacation, but we have stayed in homes that we would rate more highly. The level of maintenance was lower than other homes and most of the games shown in the photos were out of order. While this had minimal impact on our trip, it would have been highly disappointing for a family that had chosen this home because of these apparent options. Also, one of the mattresses is in serious need of replacement; it was entirely unusable. Fortunately, we did not need this bedroom."
"I have been vacationing in OBX since 1992! Front Row is the most beautifully decorated and furnished house we have rented. The views from bedrooms are amazing! The main living space also had a wonderful view! It was so nice having mostly King Master bedrooms giving each family the privacy needed. Would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!"
