The grandeur of this home is especially evident on the third level, where sweeping ocean views may be enjoyed from the open great room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a commercial Wolf stove. Two Grand Master Suites, crafted with impressive cathedral ceilings, boast whirlpool tubs, custom showers and direct access to a private covered deck - the perfect escape for those seeking solitude and restoration. With 12 master bedroom suites in all and spacious gathering areas on each level, this home was meticulously designed to offer both the utmost in privacy and entertainment.
Level three features a unique Outer Banks perspective - sweeping unobstructed sound to oceanfront view. The living area spans the entire width of the home; the perfect place for mingling with family and friends. Enjoy dinner with your extended family at a custom built 20 seat dining table fit for a king and queen. After dinner, retreat to your very own Irish Pub with bar, rich paneled walls, and charm to take in a famous Outer Banks sunset.
Level two offers a sound to ocean open floorplan with a library and lounge with a dedicated coffee bar, gaming table, cozy fireplace, and media center. Enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean while sitting at an oceanfront bar with built-in window seats.
Level one includes impressive two master suites and two fun-filled bunk bedrooms. The bunk bed rooms are uniquely themed as a pirate room with its very own custom built bed boat; the second bunk bedroom is Mermaid themed with a fun "Mermaid Cave." Each bunk bed comes with its own iPad charging station.
Level one also provides an assortment of leisure activities including a rec room with a billiards table (converted from a red 1965 Mustang Car!), full bar and kitchenette, arcade, shuffleboard, games, commercial ice maker, and a theatre room with tiered seating and a plug-in bar for gaming (bring your favorite consoles from home). The rec room effortlessly transitions to the outdoor lounge and pool area, designed with an alfresco dining area, ping pong table, and an array of other fun activities. The pool is the perfect place to lounge and relax with a cool drink and watch TV from the swim up "Rum Runner Tiki Bar" with in-pool seating. From the pool area, visit the poolside cabana to towel off in the shade and spend some time playing cards while sipping cold beverages and enjoying a mid-afternoon snack. A hot tub is nearby and is the ideal place to invigorate while taking in the breathtaking coastal landscape.
For beachcombers, sunrise enthusiasts, and wave riders, the ocean is only steps away and is easily accessed via a private walkway, complete with its own private dune deck. Guests only need to take a few steps to walk along the shore's edge or bask under the sun's rays.
The impressive array of amenities in this home is well complemented by those already offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, daily beach chair and umbrella set up (from April 28 to September 27), and more. For a small fee, guests of this home may also use the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center.
