Get ready for an unforgettable vacation at “Summer Sands” in Nags Head! Located directly on the oceanfront, this home offers eleven bedrooms, many common spaces, and top amenities. Spend your days outside in the sunshine and your evenings relaxing or playing at the home.
The top floor of the home includes the great room, which includes plenty of space for your entire group as well as a stunning ocean view. Relax in the comfortable living area and watch TV or simply enjoy the beautiful ocean view. You’ll find that the kitchen is equipped to accommodate a large group, with two refrigerators, two ovens, two cooktops, two dishwashers, a wet bar, and plenty of counter space. The dining area nearby includes three dining tables with chairs so everyone can enjoy meals together. Kitchen countertop seating is also available for quick breakfasts or meals on the go. An elevator assists with getting groceries up to the kitchen on the third level. The top level deck is the perfect place to relax with a cold beverage and look out for dolphins swimming by. There are three master bedrooms on the top floor of the home, each with a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also included on the third level.
On the middle level of the home, you’ll find an additional four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The fifth bedroom on this floor has access to a full hall bathroom. The rec room is set up for many hours of evening fun, with a pool table, foosball, and a card table. Stock the nearby wet bar snacks and cold drinks so refreshments are always available. A full bathroom and laundry are also included on the second floor.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is a master, with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
