Feeling' TipSea offers coastal comfort and convenience, perfect for a relaxing beach vacation! Classic Outer Banks style combines with modern amenities to create a wonderful retreat. The cozy great room boasts nautical decor, hardwood floors, gas fireplace and windows that allow the ocean views to fill the room. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator. Covered deck with vaulted ceiling and comfortable outdoor furniture was designed for enjoying gorgeous sunrises over the ocean. A master bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub and a half bathroom can also be found on the top level.
The middle level is comprised of sleeping quarters, with four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a bedroom/den with a sleeper sofa. An additional master bedroom and a bedroom with a semi-private bathroom are located on the lower level. The pool table in the rec room is sure to provide hours of friendly competition. Wet bar with full size refrigerator keeps snacks and drinks nearby. Step outside to the pool area for some fun in the sun. Beach access is a breeze on the private walkway with gazebo, and the Outer Banks Fishing Pier with FishHeads Restaurant is just a short stroll away. "The house is the PERFECT location! Great for a large group! Plenty of seating for dinners or just hanging out. The house comes with a bunch of beach chairs, that came in very helpful! The ice maker in the garage is the BEST part! You never have to buy ice! Fills coolers daily and never runs out. The pool and beach access could not have been more perfect. House is well kept and beds are comfortable. Will definitely be renting again!!"

"Overall, the house worked for us. The outdoor area through to the beach was great. It could use some new couches; the beds are uncomfortable. However, I would stay there again given the inside furnishings. The location is great for everything in Nagshead."

"It was such a nice place. Loved the clean, attractive linens on beds. The house was clean and spacious. Loved the fact that I could sit in the living room and watch dolphins from the couch!! The deck was great. Loved the hot tub and swimming pool. Kitchen was nice to work in and we had about anything we needed. The refrigerator/freezer was spacious, along with another in game room. Beds could have been more comfortable but saw from book with the house, that homeowner was trying to get new beds but with all the supply chain issues, hadn't been able to get them. Our family REALLY enjoyed the house, the week and all the amenities. We were sad to leave but glad that we had such a great vacation."
"Lovely beach house with tons of space! Love the top floor views and huge pool! The ice machine was a wonderful surprise and convenience. Having the bunk rooms on the middle floor is much safer for young children. We plan to come back here again. Only negative was the narrow driveway and most of the beds were very hard."
"Overall Feelin' Tip Sea was a great home for our family of 8 adults and 6 kids under 13. We had lots of space in all areas...kitchen, dining and living areas was terrific. Plently of bedrooms with beds to spare!! The den-type room on the middle level was a great place for the kids to hang out for a movie. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glass and plastic ware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. The oven seemed to work well, but the stove top was a little sketchy, as not all the burners were adequate. We made it work once we were aware (1st pot of water for pasta took 40 minutes to come to a boil)...adjusted prep time as needed. I did make Twiddy aware of this, so hopefully the owner gets a new stove:) All other appliances worked well. Large refridgerator in the kitchen and on lowest level another refridgerator was great for overflow of drinks. The pool table was great!! We all played many games. The pool and hot tub were great...used often. The outdoor shower is not enclosed, but great for a rinse off!! The home was very clean on entry. We did have to call maintenance to fix something on the propane grill and the man was there within an hour or two, and the problem was fixed. The home also had quite a few boogie boards (small ones), lots of beach chairs, and the walk from house to beach perfert!! Washer and two dryers were great. Lots of room in the driveway as well. We had a terrific stay and would recommend!!!"
