"This house has the layout we were looking for and so many nice amenities. We wanted a house on the 4X4 beaches with a nice pool/outdoor hangout area, open concept hangout area for the group, at least 3 fridges, a decent sized kitchen, is pet friendly, and has a hangout/bar area for the nighttime. This place met and exceeded our expectations! We used the 3rd floor area as our main hangout area which surprised me (thought we'd be on the 1st floor level more). The open layout had a nice flow so we could have some people playing games or doing puzzles at the large dining table, pulling up a chair to the center island to talk and enjoy beverages and have people sitting on the couches and chairs and watching the tv or playing a game at the coffee table. The 1st floor level had a great game and bar area and we all enjoyed the outside area with the covered deck and picnic tables to sit at, the covered wet bar/grill area, and, of course, the hot tub and pool. We could even enjoy the outside area at night - last place we were at was 3 houses back from the ocean so there was a lot more bugs. I wish the kitchen had one more oven, but we made do. The double dishwashers came in clutch for large group dinners and keeping the kitchen clean. The stovetop is electric and works very well and the kitchen was mostly well stocked. We loved the large, long dining table. We could get almost the whole group there plus have a few people at the kitchen island areas for group dinners. The house has a full house sound system, but we could only figure out how to work the first floor and outdoor pool deck area. Would love to figure out the 2nd and 3rd floors for full sound! The walkway to the beach was so nice and made it to easy for the group to pivot back and forth from the beach to the house/pool."
"This home was large enough for 18 of us and it never felt crowded! The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of fridge space and kitchen utensils. The pool, hot tub, and decks were great. Easy walk to the beach (over stairs) and horses daily in the yard!"
"It was a beautiful home. We had lots of space to move around in. Loved the elevator as we are getting older it saved us a lot of steps. The view from the top deck towards the ocean was awesome! It was just a wonderful vacation for us all and we’re looking forward to next year."

"Just Dune It was the perfect spacious size for our family! We had so much fun hanging out on the various decks and pool side. The walk out to the beach made carrying our things to the beach so easy. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of pots, frying pans, dishes, cups, mixing bowls and silverware. We have made so many memories in your home!"
"Great location, great views and short walk to the beach. Paying this kind of money, you would expect the house to have more then one little freezer size ice maker. Take ice trays or be prepared to freeze Tupperware dishes for your beach coolers."
