With stunning oceanfront views, recent updates, and an impressive amenities package, you’ll love this home “To the Moon and Back”. Accessible by 4-wheel drive vehicles only, this six bedroom oasis is situated on a large lot located roughly 9.75 miles up the beach. This home is built higher and closer to the ocean than adjacent properties, allowing for unobstructed views and endless opportunities to experience the area’s privacy and majestic wildlife.
Whether you’re taking a dip in the private pool, sunbathing on the spacious pool deck, or barbecuing on the gas grill, the ocean is never far from view. Exit the gated pool area to the boarded walkway leading to the private dune top deck, where expansive views allow you to keep watch for dolphins swimming in the waves or wild horses roaming in the dunes. From there, make your way down the sand path to the shore for shell-searching. In the evening, continue to take in the ocean views during a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Located on an uncovered area of the mid-level deck, the hot tub is also the prime spot for stargazing.
On the top level of the home, you’ll find an open floor plan highlighted by vaulted ceilings and light and airy coastal decor. Large windows surround spacious living and dining areas, enhancing the panoramic ocean views. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, so the family chef won’t miss out on a moment of the fun. Watch the sunrise and sunset with 180-degree views in the sunroom. A loft with a futon offers an additional sleeping option or a comfortable perch for the family book-lover. Also located on this level is one of the home’s two king master suites. The mid-level is home to the second king master and four additional bedrooms. A room with two twin beds shares a bath with a queen room. There’s also a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full hall bath, and laundry. All bedrooms offer deck access and since the home sits so high, they also offer views of breaking waves. On the first level, hang out and play games as a family in the rec room with foosball, a wet bar, microwave, and full-sized fridge.
