Kick back and relax, you’re “Finally Here!” Situated just one lot back from the beach, this semi-oceanfront home in Carova Beach is a vacation oasis. Accessible by 4-wheel drive vehicle only, this home is located approximately 8.8 miles up the beach, offering a peaceful setting. Gorgeous ocean views, top amenities, and a spacious layout provide the perfect accommodations for a memorable Outer Banks vacation.
The great room on the top floor of the home was designed for gathering. Catch up with loved ones in the comfortable living area, with a backdrop of rolling sand dunes and the ocean. A fireplace is available for use during the chillier evenings of the year. Take a break with a good book in the spacious ship’s watch or simply gaze out the windows at the ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to prepare delicious meals throughout your stay, just stock groceries. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area nearby. Make your morning coffee and step outside onto the deck to watch a beautiful sunrise on the horizon. There is one master bedroom on the top floor, which includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub as well as a private deck. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
On the second level of the home, there is a den with a TV, perfect for when the kids want to watch something different than what’s on upstairs. There are four master bedrooms on the middle floor of the home, each with a private bathroom and deck access. One of the master bathrooms has a whirlpool tub. A restorative soak in the hot tub is a great idea any time of day, and the hot tub is located on the middle level deck.
The final two bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the home. A full bathroom and laundry room can also be found on the bottom floor. The remainder of the first level was designed with fun and games in mind. Hang out in the spacious rec room and shoot some pool. A wet bar with a full refrigerator is included so snacks and cold drinks can be readily available for breaks in action.
Outside, make a splash in the large private pool or simply soak up the sunshine poolside. The home is surrounded by vegetation, offering the opportunity to observe coastal wildlife. The Corolla Wild Horses roam the area and are a treat to watch in their natural habitat. You’re “Finally Here” in this well-appointed retreat on the 4x4 beach!
