Recent updates include a renovated kitchen with new appliances, HVAC, reverse osmosis water system, flooring, furnishings and bathrooms!

Accessible by 4x4 only.

Perfectly nestled in the first dune line, this cozy, authentic beach cottage is placed on its very own 3.33 acres oceanfront lot. Closer to the water than most of the nearby homes, a wild horse preserve to the west, and a private road access behind make this home one of a kind. This home offers the best of both old world beachfront charm and modern comfort.

Enjoy shell hunting, cooking out, sunbathing, and relaxing on the ocean side deck or screened porch in back. Whatever you choose to do, you can rest assured that “Heaven's Haven” will provide the perfect setting to unwind, for family fun, and let the memories happen!

Awe-inspiring sunrises on the front porch and stunning sunsets on the back. Dolphins and wild horses add to the magic of this timeless getaway. Heaven’s Haven is at once remote and close to the pavement, right out of a Nicholas Sparks’ novel, and lives up to its name!

Approximately 2.3 miles up the beach.

"nice place, great spot, windows were extremely dirty, we cleaned them ourselves so we could see the ocean. Overall nice area, horses all around"

Laura   ·  Stayed August 2021

"We absolutely loved our time at Arts Place. If you’re looking for no frills beach living, this is the place to be. The view was outstanding. The horses visited us daily which was magical."

Alex   ·  Stayed June 2021

"Smaller home, good for a couple or a small family that is looking for an oceanfront home and doesn’t need all the bells and whistles of a fancier place. Good location, about 2 miles up from the start of the beach access road. Small but functional kitchen, open to the main living space with some dates furniture that has seen better days. The plastic deck chairs were cracked, I got a shirt torn by one of them. Just a t shirt, no big deal, but that kind of annoyed me. Biggest hurdle we had was the cleanliness. When we first checked in the table, countertops, and stove were all greasy. There was a trail of grease on the wall below the hood. And the windows are in dire need of a wipe. I’m not asking for a full power cleaning but at least give me a couple of windows where I can look at the ocean that aren’t covered in grime. Make sure also to bring drinking water. We’re well water people ourselves but the water from the bathroom faucets in particular was very unpleasant. Kitchen was better, maybe it’s the only one on the softener? Not sure. All in all, a decent enough place that provides the basics needed for a nice beach vacation. It just could dearly use a few tweaks here and there."
