Relax and unwind at “Windermere” on the 4-wheel drive beach! Enjoying the gorgeous ocean views and refreshing salty breezes will be on your vacation agenda at this lovely seaside retreat. Featuring a family-friendly layout and fun amenities in a unique location, this pet friendly beach house is sure to please everyone in your group.
In the great room on the home’s third floor, there are many ocean-facing windows to allow the beautiful ocean view to fill the room. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area, or step outside onto the deck to watch the pelicans fly by. Be on the lookout for the Corolla wild horses. There is a spacious rooftop-level crow’s nest, which is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the ocean as you sip your morning coffee. In addition to the living area, there is a sunroom that serves as an additional place to relax or to play a hand of cards. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, simply add your groceries. Family meals can be enjoyed in the dining area nearby. If needed, additional seating is available at the kitchen counter barstools and the table in the sun room. A half bathroom is included on the top level of the home as well.
One master bedroom can be found on the third level, and it includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to the oceanfront deck. On the middle floor, you’ll find four additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of the second-floor bedrooms have access to the covered deck. A sitting area with access to the deck is also available on the middle floor. Enjoy many restorative soaks in the hot tub, which is located on the second-level covered deck.
The rec room on the home’s ground floor will surely be the fun place to hang out in the evenings. Watch your favorite movie in the home's very own theater room. The wet bar ensures that refreshments are readily available, for both the rec room and the pool area. A cabana half bathroom is availalbe, and it opens to the pool area as well as the rec room.
Outside, make a splash in the private pool or simply lounge around the poolside. There is a covered portion of the pool area, making it possible to a break enjoy lunch outside or relax while taking a break from the sun. The pets in your group will love running around in the large fenced yard, which also has a patio with the grilling area. Make treasured vacation memories at “Windmere” on the 4x4 beach!
