"Beautiful home. Beautiful views throught the house and outside. Corrolla light is a lovely place and I loved watching the ducks in the mornings. I also loved having a view of the Whalehead Club! The kids LOVED the salt water pool and large bath tubs. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and porch swing. All in all we had a WONDERFUL vacation at Beach30. I would recommend. Side note: the house needs a new dishwasher. It works but not well."

"House overall worked very well for us and we enjoyed our vacation! Great location, plenty of space, comfortable and clean. A couple things could be improved upon. The hot tub cover needs replaced, very heavy and difficult to lift, hot tub did not stay clean because of this. Exterior of house and screened porch could use power washed. And a better vacuum for dog hair is desperately needed. Otherwise, great house! Can't wait to stay there again next year."

"We loved this house. Lots of space lovely bedrooms most with bathrooms and gorgeous views of the sunsets. We moved to soundfront a few years ago from oceanside and we wouldn't go back the sound side is great and so relaxing. Fun pool table in the basement and great pool. A lovely two weeks!"

"Despite this house being slightly dated in terms of the kitchen cabinets/counters/appliances and low bathroom vanities, it was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well appointed. All in all a very comfortable and inviting interior space. With bedrooms on three different floors we could spread out and enjoy privacy. But what really makes this house is the location and the view. The view from this home is spectacular as it sits on the sound with lovely trees and water as far as the eye can see. It was beautiful and shady in the morning and the perfect spot to drink coffee, enjoy the view and watch the birds, ducks, geese and even an osprey (the osprey nest is close by). In the afternoon with the sun pouring on the rear of the house, we could still enjoy the outside while sitting on the second level covered porch with its comfortable chairs and rope swing since it was shaded and we had a cool breeze coming off the sound. We all especially loved having the swimming pool and the separate hot tub - our ages ranged from 3 years old to 72 and we all took advantage of the pool, usually swimming twice a day. Again, there was a covered area and some shade so it was never too hot to sit by the pool. We actually spent most of our time at the house since the beaches were crowded and we had the pool for swimming and the sound view. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the holiday fireworks display was on our last night there (July 3) and we had the perfect vantage spot to watch from the rear porches of the house. The only improvement I would strongly suggest to the owners is purchasing a better vacuum - one designed for animal hair - for cleaning the area rugs and carpeting. We knew it was a pet friendly house and rented it despite having no pets with us. The house was clean and smelled fine (no pet odor) but the area rugs were covered in pet hair and we had small children playing on the floor so having a better vacuum to pick up more of the pet hair would be beneficial. We would most definitely rent this house with its sublime location and views again. Honestly we wished we could have stayed for the entire month!"
