Only complaint is the pool water was too cold to use I guess because it’s in the shade most of the time. We never used the pool even on hot days because the water was too cold. Close to restaurants and activities."

"Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was great, only after storm (hurricane Debby) it was full of depris and it was difficult to clean out so it could be used our last couple of days there. Asked to have someone come and it was not an option. We enjoyed the house, we only wish the weather had cooperated."

"Sunset Dream was, in fact, a dream! The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well - the best we have ever seen. Hands-down the best feature of the house for our family was the screened-in porch. This outdoor space allowed us to spend family time outside, sans bugs, and watch the beautiful sunsets. It really made the house for us."

"We choose this home after our normal house (of 12 years) was unavailable. We were extremely pleased with the home and thought it was nicer then the original house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and the upstairs family area was very comfortable. Pool area is smaller but exactly what we needed. WiFi and TVs worked flawlessly. And the home allowed our dog to join us. We will definitely be returning, in fact we have already reserved for next year."

"It is truly the perfect home for us and our small family that includes a 90 yr old mother, snd senior dog. It is a very comfortable home, and has stunning sound views. We feel so fortunate to have found this home after the last home we rented for 10 years was sold and went private. We thought that home was perfect....this one is even better. We are looking forward to our return trip in November and already booked for May 2023!"

"Sunset Dream was just as advertised. The house was clean and the rooms spacious. The elevator was a bonus to get all of our belongings to the top floor. The view of the sound was spectacular, especially at sunset. The beach was close enough to walk to or the trolley was also nice to ride there. The absolute only complaint was the WIFI. It gave us issues a good bit of the time we were there, but we managed. We have already reserved our place for this house for next year."

"First time staying Soundside - was quiet and had perfect views of gorgeous sunsets, especially from the 2nd level deck from the hottub! The walk to the beach was short (IMO) and there were cute shops & food options right across the street as well which were perfect for our teenagers, who like to be 'independent'. We had plenty of room for our 4 families to spend time together, or even alone if quiet time was necessary. And GAMES galore! Upstairs in the cubbies under the windows and downstairs in the pool room you could find lots of choices, not to mention books & movies in the bedrooms to choose from. There was an Osprey nest nearby with 3 chicks that we would watch with the binocculars we found in the Living area as well - that was fun for the kids. And being pet friendly allowed us to bring our dog - the Nature Trail out back even had Doggie Curbs with baggies & trash cans for easy clean up :) Really was the perfect spot!"

"We had a great stay to celebrate Christmas, birthdays and New Years. The home was beautiful, and the elevator was a bonus! The hot tub panel is worn beyond its years and wasn't working well for us. We had to hunt down a blown circuit the 1st day there, and a few lights still weren't working. All items that just need a little TLC. Overall, it was a much needed vacation away with beautiful sunsets and amenities."

"Sunset Dream definitely lives up to its name! The sunsets were marvelous and this home offered everything we needed and more! A picturesque setting in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, convenience, comfort and because we were staying over Thanksgiving, we very much appreciated the abundant dishes for our Thanksgiving feast! We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and hope to return again soon!"

"This by far was the best vacation home, I've ever stayed in. Everything in the house was layed out nicely. The view was spectacular. Seeing historical whalehead from the backyard was beautiful also.The elevator was a plus. A ton of shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Overall a 10 for me."
