This home provides ready access to all the diversions an award-winning Corolla Light Resort vacation has to offer with easy walking distance to the beach, the Corolla Light Resort's Sports Center, tennis/pickleball courts, oceanfront clubhouse, the family-friendly soundfront pool, a Corolla Light trolley stop(when available), and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and wild horse tours.
If you prefer to stay in, simply remain at home and enjoy the private pool and brand new hot tub. Enjoy a walk on the nature trail, go crabbing in the sound, or use the home's kayaks or canoe to enjoy a peaceful ride on the sound. Easily prepare meals, even for a crowd, in the well equipped and well stocked kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of bringing in groceries on the elevator or ride the elevator to the ground floor to enjoy a game of Ms Pac Man, mini pool and ping pong or surround yourself with comfort and enjoy a cinema experience in the 13 chair theater room. "We gathered together to watch the sunset after dinner. It was truly amazing and I could not stop taking pictures. Then we made our way to the Theater room as a family. Every night we played jackbox games together. Of course going to the beach and playing mini golf. Everything is fun in OBX. We can't wait for next year!"

Between the pool and movie watching, the adults were able to live a carefree week. “Sunset Splendor” is the ideal cottage for multiple generational gathering. We lived every moment!"

"Family has been coming to the outer banks for over 20 years and renting homes at least 2 times a year. Pros: beautiful lot and great sunsets. Home size met all out needs: Cons: very small pool for large group with little sitting area for the sun. Kitchen: was very under stocked and needs updating on kitchen utensils."
"We were disappointed with the overall condition of the beds and furniture. The refrigerator even had an entire shelf missing which limited usable space. We were aware that this house has a new owner so perhaps major upgrades are being planned for the future. The lower level smelled musty and our guests who had to sleep on that level were not happy about the odor. The hot tub was very nice and it is nice they have kayaks available. The best thing about the house is the view."
