Enjoy the stunning soundfront location of “Sunny Outlook” in the Currituck Club! Featuring a unique immediate waterfront location, panoramic views of the sound are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the gated Currituck Club community, this home’s exclusive location offers a private setting for your Outer Banks vacation.
Upon entering the home in the great room on the first floor, the panoramic view of the Currituck Sound through the two-story wall of windows will take your breath away. The spacious living area offers comfortable furnishings, perfect for catching up with loved ones while gazing out at the sound or relaxing and watching TV. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. If office or school check-ins are necessary during your vacation, there is a desk available for use in the living area as well. The cooks in your family will love the kitchen, which is as attractive as it is functional. Enjoy the sound view while cooking on the gas cooktop on the kitchen island. The kitchen also features plenty of counter space, a wall oven, two sinks, and a wine cooler. Two dishwashers assist with cleanup after meals. Family meals can be enjoyed in the nearby dining area, which offers the gorgeous sound view as its backdrop.
Two master bedrooms can be found on the first floor, each with a private bathroom, beautiful views of the sound, and access to the soundfront deck. An additional soundfront bedroom opens to the screened porch and has a full bathroom that also opens to the pool area. The laundry room and a half bathroom complete the first floor of the home.
On the second level of the home, enjoy gorgeous views of the sound from the loft that overlooks the living area. Hang out in the loft and play at the pool table, put together a puzzle, or simply relax and watch TV. W wet bar with a beverage refrigerator is nearby, so there’s no need to venture downstairs for refreshments. On the second floor, there are three additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also available on the second level.
The garage will surely be the place where the kids want to hang out, as it includes air hockey and ping pong. There is also an additional full size refrigerator in the garage.
Outside, there are several different areas to play or relax while enjoying the sound view. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply bask in the sunshine and enjoy the panoramic sound view. The soundfront patio area beside the pool offers several seating options to choose from while you watch the sunset on the sound. As the sky continues to change colors at sunset, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. The comfortably furnished soundfront screened porch is the perfect place to relax at any time of day.
The Currituck Club is a gated community designed around an 18-hole golf course and offers a plethora of amenities. Enjoy access to three community pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, basketball court, corn hole, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. Seasonal trolley transportation runs throughout the community and to the beach access.

"The wall of windows and view of the sound are unbeatable... best sunsets I've seen! The house amenities are outstanding... loved that there were two full size refrigerators and two beverage refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a better stocked kitchen than I have ever had in a vacation home. The Currituck Club amenities were amazing as well. Loved the trolley and all the activities, as well as the gym and golf. This home provided everything you get in a resort, but all the privacy I want in a house. It was a great week!!"
