"Lots of space and common area, unit is clean and easy to keep clean, close proximity to the beach, it is also comfortable, offers some useful and fun amenities - pool table, pool, hot tub, tv in mostly every room, everything in good condition and easy to use. Fun for all!"

"It was a very well laid out house. Loved that each floor had its own living room area. Nice views from the balcony. Really liked the covered second floor area on hot sunny days and the gate to keep the dog in. The screened in porch was great for breakfast. Enjoyed the view of the lake. We kayaked, played tennis and enjoyed how close the beach was. We had never been to the neighborhood when the pool was open and loved swimming there. The house had plenty of supplies in the kitchen. And thankful for the free dozen bagels and cream cheese from the local bagel shop!"

"We found the location and the setting excellent. The trek to the beach was short and simple. The walking path around the pond - lovely and enjoyable. The walk to the pool easy and quick. Getting to the grocery store was a short, quick trip. The floorplan of the house was easy to maneuver and it was a simple matter to get around. The pool table was a source of entertainment for the younger set, and the pool a welcome cool down and site of relaxation and water joy. The first for the adults and the second for the youngsters. Basic supplies were not provided, which came as an unexpected surprise. Toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, any cleaning supplies - none of these were there. We, of course, had to have them immediately, which meant a mean trip for supplies upon arrival."
"The pool and being dog friendly"
"It was open and airy, close to the water, and could accommodate family and friends comfortably."
"Not that far from the beach and kept up nicely."
"It’s a very fun and relaxing home!"
"This home was clean, well equipped and was better than expected. It had a lovely homey feel and was located within an easy walk for 65+ folks to walk to the beach. Stairs for 3 floors were challenging for some but great exercise. Hot tub and pool were fabulous! Shopping was nearby as well great food choices."
"6 bedroom house, hot tub, pool, pool table, 10 adults, 2 grandkids, and one spoiled 9 year fur baby, everyone took a night cooking, what more can you ask for. Beautiful clean house and beautiful weather. We are so blessed, thanks to Twiddy and a shout out to the owner. Will be back."
"Seabiscuit is a gem and was a great house for our family trip. Some of the features have been upgraded from the pictures - there are flat panel tvs now and the owners have clearly been keeping up with the house. The house also includes a pack and play, baby gate, and high chair. Also - friendly box turtles gather at the far end of the lake, which is nice for the kids."
"My family of 16 stayed here for our yearly vacation in August. What a perfect home! We had plenty of space and the kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub :) I am not sure why the kitchens are on the 3rd floor, but we got used to it! The screened in porch was perfect for evening gatherings. We had a great time!"
