Immerse yourself in coastal elegance at “Blue Pearl” in Corolla! Recently constructed in 2023, and located directly on the oceanfront, this vacation home offers panoramic views of the ocean. Featuring upscale furnishings and decor, inside and out, this home is equipped to host your entire family. The home includes amenities to be enjoyed by all ages, and there is a guest house in addition to the main house to ensure that everyone has their own space to retreat to.
The great room on the top floor of the main home is open, airy, and elegant, with many windows to showcase the stunning ocean view. The living area is comfortable, with a gas fireplace available for use during cooler months of the year. The kitchen is as attractive as it is functional, including two gas stoves, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space for making meal prep and clean up a breeze. Enjoy meals altogether in the nearby dining area, which includes a wet bar for quick drink refills. There are three master bedrooms on the third floor, each with a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the top level of the main house. An elevator assists with getting luggage and groceries from the ground floor up to the second and third levels. Outside, enjoy salty ocean breezes and watch the waves roll in from the decks.
The middle floor of the main house includes five additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A den and laundry room are also included on the second floor. The ground floor of the main house will surely be the place where everyone gathers in the evenings. Take family movie night to an epic new level in the theatre room. Alternate playing billiards and shuffleboard in the rec room. The rec room includes a kitchenette and refrigerator that can be stocked with snacks and drinks to keep everyone energized during breaks in action. A half bathroom is located nearby for convenience.
The guest house is connected to the main house by covered decks. In the guest house, you’ll find additional sleeping accommodations. There are two master bedrooms on the third floor and two master bedrooms on the second floor. Each master bedroom includes a private bathroom.
Outside, you’ll find an attractive oasis with all of the amenities and comforts needed for an unforgettable vacation. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, relax in the poolside cabana. There is a private walkway to the beach from the pool area, so your group will have their toes in the soft sands of Corolla in no time. At day’s end, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub before bed. Located in Ocean Sands section A, this home is situated on a large lot and is conveniently located between the best shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Duck and Corolla. "This home was the perfect size for our large group and could have easily fit one more family. We are a group of 4 families with 8 adults and 11 kids. The rooms are of all equal size and laid out so that the sleeping space is not on top of the living space, making it quiet and easy for those who wanted to turn in early and those who wanted to wake up early. No one felt like they got a bad room. We loved the outside spaces. Plenty of spots to go eat, read a book, sit in the sun or the shade. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has two washers and two driers. The pool is a little smaller than the pictures make it seem, but it's still lovely. Really one of our favorite houses to date."
"Plenty of room to do family things and also have privacy if desired. Plenty of space in kitchen for several folks to work there. 24 family members attended with ages ranging from 78 to 8 and all had a great week. Any minor issues or questions that came up were quickly addressed by Twiddy"

"The blue pearl exceeded all expectations. The pictures online are great but in person it is a whole different level. The quality of the furnishings and the finishes are amazing. This house seems to have 2 of everything. We had a family reunion and there was a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. The pool and the beach were the highlights during the day. At night it was time for the pool table and movie theater room. No shortage of fun or places to hang with entire family or retreat to a cozy screened porch. Best house we have ever rented. We would recommend this house to anyone that has a need for luxury and plenty of room for 3 families."

"The pictures did not do the home justice. It was movie star quality. The furnishings were very comfortable, it was clean, the cabinets were so plentiful we were unable to fill them. I wish I had brought sticky notes so we could find where we put our things in the kitchen. The appliances were top notch. The bottom floor was a it hit with the young adults with the pool table, etc. complete with a small kitchen with a pass through window for treats by the pool. The theater was unbelievable. The many terraces allowed for large gatherings and private gatherings. The maintenance team were excellent and quickly there for pool service, etc. Thank to the owners for the delicious pies. There was some confusion about what number to call when the house was ready resulting in a delay of entrance to the property, but we lived through it. This is a fabulous place and I think our family members are truly spoiled for the future. My daughter said she will get depressed when she’s back home and has to watch TV on her sofa again, she’s spoiled now. This was the best house yet."
