Get ready for a fun stay at the ultimate OBX vacation destination, “Atlantic Overlook” in Corolla! Packed with amenities and located directly on the oceanfront, this well-appointed home is the ideal place for your Outer Banks vacation, no matter the time of year. With an impressive selection of indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, there is something exciting to do in any weather. Your dog is welcome to join in on the fun too, as this home is pet friendly.
The great room on the home’s third floor is open and airy, with many windows to maximize the beautiful ocean view. In the living area, you’ll find comfortable furniture and a TV. The impressive kitchen features two ovens, a gas stove, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers. The home’s elevator is useful for getting groceries from the ground floor up to the third level and unloading luggage upon arrival. The large dining area table is a great place to gather, whether for a meal or to play a game. If additional space is needed for family meals, barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter and at the table by the sofa. Just outside on the deck, relax and watch the waves roll in as you enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Outside on the opposite side of the great room, you’ll find an outdoor kitchen and a bar area with a TV. There is also a sitting area with an outdoor fireplace. Back inside, there are two master bedrooms on the top level, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
On the second floor, there are six additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of the master bedrooms offer access to the pool area, and another master bedroom offers access to the deck. There are four additional bedrooms, two full and one half bathroom also on the second floor. Laundry facilities are also available on the second level.
The remainder of the second level of the home was designed with entertainment in mind. Gather the kids to watch a movie in the media room on the second, which opens to both the pool area and the deck. The spacious rec room is an all-around great place to hang out, with a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and multiple arcade games to choose from. A kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and a large table are nearby, allowing you to relax and enjoy a snack or beverage without leaving the rec room. Laundry facilities can also be found on the second floor of the home.
Outside, you have many excellent choices on where to hang out. Make a splash in the private pool, or lounge around in the sunshine poolside. The pool area features an outdoor bar area with two grills nearby, one gas grill and one green egg grill, allowing you to enjoy meals without leaving the pool area. From the pool area, take a stroll over the private walkway to the beach. The walkway features a dune deck with a hot tub, just steps away from the ocean. Soak your cares away in the hot tub, as you enjoy panoramic views of the ocean.
Back up at the house, The second-floor courtyard-like deck will surely be a favorite place for the entire family to hang out in the evenings. Offseason nor’easter? No problem! The deck is situated to block the wind. The spacious uncovered portion of the deck includes an outdoor fireplace with a seating area, a second hot tub, and a mega chess set. The covered portion of the deck includes a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, a TV, and an outdoor ping pong table.
On the ground floor under the home, more entertainment options are available, perfect for any season of the year. Splash and play in the indoor heated pool, which is available year-round. Test your putting skills at the 8-hole miniature golf course under the home. Ample seating options are available in each outdoor area of the home. Outside in the driveway, a basketball goal is available if you’d like to shoot hoops. “Atlantic Overlook” is fully equipped to make your next Outer Banks vacation memorable, in any season of the year!
