The great room on the second floor features high ceilings, offering a spacious feeling in the home’s main gathering area. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for catching up with loved ones or simply watching TV. Curl up with a good book in the sitting area by the windows or gaze out the window at the dune grasses dancing in the breeze. Just outside, relax on the covered deck and listen to the waves, or walk down the stairs to the porch swing. Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare family meals throughout your stay. The dining area is conveniently located nearby and barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter as well. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a full bathroom between them.
On the third floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside on the deck, soak in the sunshine and enjoy the ocean view. On the ground level underneath the home, there is a children’s play area, outdoor shower, and hammock, all connected via boarded walkways. A basketball goal and horseshoe pit are also available for use. For the tennis enthusiasts in your group, the community tennis courts are located directly across the street from the home. Getting to and from the beach is convenient, as there is a boarded walkway from the home to the community beach access that runs alongside the property.
