The Pine Island Racquet & Fitness Center is located on the west side of route 12 opposite the Hampton Inn. Please contact the center directly for current daily/weekly rates for the Fitness Center and court fees for inside or outside court reservations.

This community offers a receptacle roll out and roll back service year-round.

A community service provider will roll the receptacle to the curb the night before scheduled pickup and they will return the receptacle back to the home after collection.

Temporary shelters, tents, recreational vehicles, trailers (whether attached or unattached to the realty) may not, at any time, be used as a temporary or permanent residence or permitted to remain on any portion of The Properties.

Electric carts must be licensed and may only park in designated approved areas.
