"There was plenty of space for our large family vacation. The older adults appreciated the elevator to easily access all levels. The kids loved the 'secret playroom' under the stairs on the first floor. Everyone enjoyed the theater, game room, ping pong and mini golf. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the equipment needed to cook and serve a large group."

"The house is AMAZING!! We had a group of 18 family and friends. Plenty of room and something for everyone. Take room was so fun, we used it everyday. The theatre room was used every night. We cooked 3 meals a day in the large well appointed kitchen. Views of sunrise and sunset are spectacular. Cabana service was a huge plus. The only thing that could have been better was the ac 70 degree pre set. The 3rd floor was warm. Nonetheless, this is our 4th house in OBX and by far this house has the very best of everything!! ❤️❤️"

"This house has it all! The home is lovely and well appointed. Everyone enjoyed all of the spaces and amenities of the house. Thoughtful layout, mini kitchen on each level, laundry on each level. The children's play area, games, theater room, sports court and pool were wonderful. I couldn't have added a thing! Twiddy response was excellent."

Our whole immediate family (21 of us plus a guest) had a ”dream” vacation for a week…beautiful beachy decor, perfect location, wonderful amenities, great views, good separation and privacy with bedrooms, easy beach access, lots of parking, elevator, good and immediate response from Twiddy for any questions or problems, games and books available for all ages, great sound system throughout house for all floors and pool area, wonderful updated kitchen with lots of ice, multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, washer/dryers, coffee pots,comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, good safety features around pool and decks…something and space for everyone with everything in good working order… also, layout of house seemed to mitigate noise level…we all rated it a 10 out of 10!!!"

"This house was perfect for us! We loved the court in the backyard, loved the rec room downstairs, loved the bedrooms, games, books. Loved the screened in porches and the multiple gathering common areas. We loved the mini-golf and especially loved the outdoor bike. The kitchen was super well stocked. The house was super clean, the ambassador tour was super helpful and the pies from Tommy Market were much appreciated. And it is in a perfect location. Great!!!"

"Here Comes the Sun was a fantastic, well furnished and decorated home for our family vacation (21 members) to celebrate Christmas and the New Year! The kitchen was incredibly stocked and had every utensil imaginable, and the kids all loved the variety of games on the first floor. We played some intense volleyball games almost every day and loved all of the outdoor spaces. The views from all of the decks were spectacular, and having a home with ocean AND sound views made sunrises and sunsets a special occurrence each day. The home exceeded our expectations, and Twiddy made everything very easy and special as they always do. Thank you owners!"

A lot of amenities such as a movie room and video games, and the backyard pool and basketball court were amazing. "Absolutely beautiful home! Spectacular views that made working and schooling on vacation more enjoyable. WiFi was excellent- no issues with 3 kids in online school and 3 adults working concurrently. Comfortable seating and light and bright beach decor. Water pressure wasn’t great, but certainly doesn’t overshadow the trip. We all felt like we were at a luxury hotel! Would love to stay here again if we ever have the opportunity!"

"Our gas grill did not work properly despite 2 service calls. Gas cooktop was difficult to deal with, would not stop clicking. Generally, a positive experience."

"The Here Comes the Sun house was fantastic! The furniture was comfortable, and light airy the way you want a beach house to feel. The house had so many different items for entertainment which worked really well for all the kids, and the sport court was a fantastic amenity for the dads. It was also great having balconies off of most of the bedrooms, and ample top level decks for watching the ocean or the sunset on the other side."
