Experience the enchantment of “Beach Magic” in Corolla! Offering spectacular ocean views from both the living and dining areas of the top level, this comfortable and beautifully decorated home is sure to please. The community walkway to the beach is accessible from the home’s pool area, offering direct access to the beach just steps from the home. Every member of your family will enjoy this piece of paradise.
On the top floor of the home, the open-concept great room is where the entire family will gather. Spend time together in the spacious living area, which includes a gas fireplace to warm you up during the chillier times of the year. The nearby kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just add groceries. Extras in the kitchen include two ovens and a wine refrigerator. Enjoy family meals together in the dining area. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to a private deck.
The middle floor of the home consists of sleeping quarters. Each bedroom has access to the deck. There is one master bedroom, with a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms each have a semi-private bathroom, and there is one additional bedroom on the second floor. The den on the middle level of the home serves as another place to kick back and relax. On the ground floor, you’ll find the final bedroom and full bathroom. The den on the lower level provides another space to relax, watch TV or play a game of cards. The kitchenette with a sink, full refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher will keep snacks and drinks nearby.
Just outside, enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool or simply bask in the sunshine. For the athletic ones in your group, there is a basketball goal at the home and Pine Island offers community tennis courts. There is also a community pool available for use in Pine Island. “Beach Magic” is ready and waiting for you and your family to make wonderful vacation memories!

"We stayed in this home two years ago and were delighted with the new kitchen with a gigantic island with ample seating. The distance to the beach is also a plus along with the great views of the ocean despite being three rows back. The house has lovely touches to the decor and accommodated the needs of our family of eleven very well. Unfortunately, the outdoor showers were not functional during our stay, but this was a minor inconvenience."

"We absolutely loved the location in Corolla! The home provided the perfect amount of sleeping and bathroom space for our group of 9 adults and 4 children. The kitchen space was a spacious gathering area for all of our preparation for meals and also enjoying our meals. The walk to the beach was a few minutes. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed by all ages. This was our first to OXB and we decided this will be an annual event. This was certainly a Beach Magic Vacation."
