Get ready for an unforgettable vacation at “Blue Lady” in Corolla! This eclectic beach house is located directly on the oceanfront, offering ocean views and salty breezes throughout your stay. Presenting an impressive catalog of amenities and unique features throughout, your entire group will love all that this comfortable and well-equipped home offers. Many extras are offered throughout this charming seaside retreat, inside and out.
The stunning ocean view is the perfect backdrop in the great room on the third floor of the home. Unloading luggage and groceries is a breeze using the home’s elevator, which features glass windows to showcase an underwater mural and the ocean view. The living area features two spacious sitting areas with a gas fireplace in the center. One of the sitting areas is perfectly situated to watch the waves roll in as you converse with loved ones. The other living area is ideal for watching TV. Access to the oceanfront deck is available from the great room, which is ideal for watching the sunrise over the ocean or watching the pelicans fly by. A gorgeous view of the ocean is available from the sun room. The sun room entertains all ages, as it is equipped with a pinball machine, a train table, and a table and chairs that are perfect for playing a board game. If there is a pianist in your group, they are in for a treat as there is a piano at the top of the stairs near the kitchen. With the soaring ceilings on the third floor, the sound will effortlessly resonate throughout the space.
The cooks in your group will love the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. A six-burner gas stove on the kitchen island, two ovens, and plenty of counter space effortlessly allows multiple cooks to be in the kitchen simultaneously. Two dishwashers are a huge help when cleaning up. Dining options include the large dining table nearby, the round dining area, and barstool seating at the kitchen counter. A wet bar with an icemaker is available on the third floor for added convenience. There is also a half bathroom.
On the middle level of the home, the rec room is equipped with a pool table for some friendly competition among family members. Two TVs and stadium-style seating are also available if you’d simply like to chill. Stock the nearby wet bar with beverages and snacks so refreshments can be readily available. The wet bar also includes a wine cooler and an ice maker. An additional full refrigerator can also be found on the middle floor to help with food storage. Never miss a workout as this home offers a home gym with a variety of fitness equipment. The rec room opens to the pool area.
Add movie night to your vacation agenda, as this home has an impressive theater room on the ground floor. Choose to sink into one of the comfy chairs closer to the screen or sit at the counter in the back. There is a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and a microwave, so there’s no need to pause the movie for drink refills or to make more popcorn. The laundry room on the ground floor includes two sets of washers and dryers, as well as an additional refrigerator.
Outside, there are many opportunities for play and relaxation in the pool area. Take a dip in the private pool or soak up the sunshine around the poolside. Under the covered deck nearby, you’ll find a variety of comfortable seating options, whether you’re having lunch by the pool or lounging around in the afternoon. There are two hot tubs readily available for you to have a relaxing soak. One hot tub is under the covered deck, ideal for rainy days, and the other hot tub is by the pool, great for gazing up at the stars in the evenings. There is also a basketball goal available in the driveway. When you’re ready for some time on the beach, there is a private walkway to the beach from the pool area.
