Pop in for a memorable vacation at “Champagne Sunrise!” This beautiful home is located just one lot back from the beach. The shared beach walkway is conveniently located right beside the home. With gorgeous views of the ocean, top amenities, and a spacious layout, this home is the perfect location for your family to relax and have fun. Decks on the top and middle levels as well as a stellar pool area are set up for outdoor living at its finest.
On the top level of the home, you’ll find a light and airy great room, with many windows to allow natural light and the ocean view to fill the room. Catch up with loved ones or enjoy your favorite show together in the comfortable living area. Make your morning coffee and step outside onto the deck to enjoy salty breezes and a beautiful Outer Banks sunrise. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with all equipment needed to prepare meals, including two ovens. An elevator makes unloading groceries and luggage a breeze. Barstool seating is available in the kitchen area for a quick breakfast before heading outside into the sunshine. Walk through the columns nearby to reach the dining area to enjoy dinner with loved ones. There is one large master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
The middle level of the home consists of sleeping quarters. There are four master bedrooms on this level of the home, each with a private bathroom. Laundry facilities are located on the second floor. One additional master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom, can be found on the ground floor of the home. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom are also on the first floor. The remainder of the ground floor is a comfortable and spacious rec room that includes a sitting area, TV, foosball, and arcade game. In addition, a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator is available nearby for easy access to refreshments. Just outside of the ground floor living area is an outdoor oasis.
Make a splash in the large private pool, or simply lounge around poolside and soak in the sunshine. There is a covered lounge area around the pool when you’re ready for a break from the sun. There is a tiki bar with a full size refrigerator so refreshments can always be available. The beach access is just outside the gate to the pool area. With a central location in Pine Island, this home is convenient to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment options in both Duck and Corolla. "Sixteen adult relatives had plenty of room in this well appointed home. The kitchen had everything we needed, more than most that we have rented. The access to beach from the back yard was a nice plus."
"The home had everything we needed plus more and it was well taken care of. Two dishwashers with manual indicators for clean and dirty, two refrigerators in the kitchen plus one more in the lower level and another in the outside bar, beside one of the biggest pools we have ever had, with a full 5' fence and artificial turf. It also had all the toys for enjoying everything in the house, yard, beach and ocean. That is why we are already coming back next year."
