From the comfort of the top level, floor to ceiling windows lend to beautiful, uninterrupted views of the sprawling horizon. No chore wheel required for cooking in this house. The state of the art kitchen is soaked with natural sunlight and beautiful Outer Banks views. Settle into the breakfast nook with your morning coffee to take in the beautiful blue skies! Up a short, half-staircase is a separate room to read away the day or relax on the connected porch.
Nestled in on the second floor is plenty of living space for the whole family. Catch up on your sleep in one of the four master bedrooms. Never dispute over which movie to watch on family movie night again. Settle into the level two den for a Nicholas Sparks movie marathon while having a Marvel movie marathon in the main den upstairs.
The bottom level is home to an additional master bedroom and bedroom. Warm up those nimble fingers for a game of air hockey in the rec room! This level opens up to your private pool, hot tub, and walkway to the beach! Whether you’re watching the sunrise from one of your many decks, or soaking up the sun on your private pool area, Counterpoint is the perfect getaway spot!

The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The pool was soo used all day every day. Well landscaped and taken care of. OBX will and always will be "Our Happy Place". "This home is beautiful. We had an amazing time. We didn't find out the situation with the Midges / spiders until move in day. There were thousands outside and some inside. It would have been nice to have many outdoor brooms so we could sweep them away. We didn't use the decks nearly at all because of this. The grille was way too small to cook for the amount of people the house holds. We brought our own grille which was extremely difficult. Only 5 beach chairs wasn't enough for this house, we also brought our own."
