Situated directly on the oceanfront, this pet friendly home is ideally located in an area of Pine Island where there is just one row of homes between the ocean and the sound. Unobstructed views of the ocean to the east and the sound to the west are yours to savor throughout your stay.
On the home's top floor, the great room features large ocean-facing and sound-facing windows to highlight the beauty of the surrounding area. Catch up with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living area, with the ocean view as your backdrop. In the early mornings, make your coffee and step outside onto the oceanfront deck to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The kitchen, with its spacious layout and all the necessary appliances, has everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just stock your groceries. Getting groceries up to the kitchen from the ground floor is effortless using the elevator. Across the great room, the dining area is situated to take advantage of the expansive view of the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary and the Currituck Sound. Just outside the dining area on the covered deck, you can relax and watch a gorgeous sunset. A half bathroom completes the third floor of the home.
On the middle level, you’ll find three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensuring your comfort and privacy. One of the master bedrooms has a whirlpool tub in the bathroom and access to the deck. One other master bedroom also includes deck access. There are three additional bedrooms on the ground floor of the home. Two of the bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. There is an additional full bathroom on the first floor.
Take family movie night to an epic new level in the theater room, featuring a wet bar and refrigerator. No need to pause the movie to grab a snack or drink. Many evenings of fun are to be had around the pool table in the rec room. The rec room is also equipped with a wet bar with a refrigerator, which is also convenient to the pool area. In the laundry room on the ground floor, you’ll find two washers and two dryers.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply soak in the sunshine around the poolside. The hot tub is ready and waiting for you nearby. From the pool area, there is a private walkway to the beach that includes a dune deck, the perfect place to relax and watch the pelicans fly by. When you’re ready to venture out, the home is convenient to shopping, dining, and attractions in both Duck Village and Corolla.
