"Great house fabulous location. The house is well-maintained and nicely appointed. The kitchen’s 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators and stand alone ice maker made food prepping and drink making for multiple families very easy! Love having a pool and hot tub after spending a day at the beach. We have rented the home for the last 2 years and have already rented it for next year! 😎"

We have been vacationing at the Outer Banks for over 30 years and this is the best house we have ever rented."

"Fantastic kitchen with two refrigerators, two large sinks and two ovens. Awesome ocean views! Lovely pool and hot tub. New grill with very nice utensils. Quiet street and easy drive to shopping and entertainment. Very clean home and well maintained throughout. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Watching the dolphins play was such a treat"

"We loved our stay!! The house was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for all of us, the kids loved the room on the first floor with the bunk beds. The house was perfect. The only thing that was a disadvantage was the private pool, we thought that the pool was heated. The pool water was too cold for the adults to swim in. We loved the hot tub! There was a lot of steps in the home, it was a lot for the older adults in our group. We had a great vacation! Loved the beach access! The homeowners were very thoughtful and gave us a gift card to a local sandwich shop along with a platter of cookies! which was so so nice!!! Very thoughtful of the homeowners! Would stay at this home again! Beautiful home!!!"

"Our vacation at G’OCEAN BREEZE was great. The home owner went out of their way to assure that we had a great stay. She even communicated with me during the storm to be sure we’re aware of any possible circumstances that might arise. The home was clean and well maintained. The only improvement I would recommend is to have a larger TV in the great room and center it over the fireplace. We loved this home and would definitely rent it again. We only rent from Twiddy and have done so since 2009. Twiddy’s responsiveness is always top notch."

"This was our 5th year to stay in G’Ocean Breeze. Our first year in 2007 its name was Heart’s Desire with previous owners. We have already booked this house again for next year. We love this home for its location as well as its many amenities, especially being Ocean front with a private beach walkway, pool, and hot tub. I especially love the high Adirondack chairs on the upper deck for viewing my daily sunrises. The floor plan of this home is perfect for our family, especially the bedroom and bath locations. We are always pleased with the cleanliness of the home as well as the completely stocked kitchen. This year we certainly appreciated the gliding doors throughout and new decking. Twiddy’s response to any issues was prompt and handled the same day."

"We’ve been staying at this house for several years and love it! We love spending time at the pool and doing puzzles at the large coffee table in the great room. This house is very well maintained and the homeowners are very friendly and communicative. We love spending time on the many porches to read or take in the ocean views. The two refrigerators in the kitchen are a huge plus for large groups. Don’t miss this one!"

"We have enjoyed this lovely house for 4 years. It has been become a treasure of family memories. We arrived to it being in immaculate condition. Each room is decorated beautifully. We are a family who enjoys cooking together and the kitchen is equipped with any possible pot or pan needed. The silverware, dishes and glassware met our needs perfectly. The toaster does need replacing . The appliances were ample enough to hold all the food and beverages for the week. Considering that we enjoy large dinners every evening that is a huge benefit. The upper deck is our favorite gathering place and the 2 large high deck chairs were in constant demand and so much more enjoyed than the lower chairs. A suggestion might be moving the small table from the lower street facing porch to the upper deck as a table was often needed for snacks during happy hours. Those chairs and table were never used. Correspondence with the owners has been a true delight. Our questions and needs have been immediately addressed by them and/or Twiddy. The bonus of the beach chairs and umbrella set up each day is wonderful and makes me feel very spoiled! Each year has found the house with improvements and its value to us makes our week beyond memorable. And the cookies and gift card from Bacchus…..what a way to start our week!"

"Clean, nicely appointed, furniture and decor is well maintained, kitchen is sufficiently stocked to accommodate multiple families, daily setup of umbrellas and chairs, sufficient supply (two tanks) of propane for grill, deck furniture was in great shape, hot tub and pool were service just prior to our arrival so there was no delay in being able to use it and really appreciated having trash cans taken to/from curb! Hats off to Twiddy’s office staff for recommending this property to us!"

"This beachfront home is wonderful! Beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, including an ice maker and 2 refrigerators. The bedrooms accommodated our family of 13 ( 6 adults and 7 children) very nicely. The beachfront is wide with a lot of space between the dunes and the water. The kids enjoyed the beach in the morning and the pool afternoon. The pool table kept them occupied in evening. Pine Island is a lovely area in the Outer Banks."

"This house is perfect for us in every way. Twiddy is so responsive to all requests and questions. The kitchen is well equipped and our son in law prepared gourmet meals every night for dinner . The house cleaners finished early and we were able to check in well before 4 which was a welcomed surprise. The beautifully decorated bedrooms easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren. This was our 27th trip to the Outer Banks and our 4th time in this beautiful house. We booked for next year on our way back home to Rochester NY. The owner ‘s emails to me have made me feel like a personal friend. G’OceanBreeze is a part of special family memories. Thank you!"

I also want to mention how nice it was to have direct communication with the owner, which in our 12 years of coming to the OBX, is very rare. Had some air conditioning hiccups that the management company could have improved on but all in all it was a wonderful stay."

"This is a beautiful home with every possible amenity. We began our week with an immaculate home. The cleaning services made it look like we were the first guests all summer! The welcome basket of the delicious cake and breakfast basket were very elegant and such a delight! The new service of the cabana set up is a real bonus. Contact with the owner has always been a totally amazing experience. Brenda’s help and advice goes well beyond what is expected. Although not used, she authorized an additional bug wash for the midges to make our stay even more pleasant. I asked her about suggestions for a beach wheelchair and she responded with several ideas and one we were able to use. She has always been so helpful when making our reservations for the next year. G’Ocean Breeze is considered to be “their” beach house by our grandchildren. It is now part of their lives and a huge part of family memories. Thank you for this slice of heaven on earth! 5 stars doesn’t seem adequate! I don’t think we would consider buying a beach home because we wouldn’t want to leave this one. "We loved G'Ocean Breeze! The house was perfect for us in every way. We enjoyed being just a few inches from the beach and the view was to die for. This year in particular it was awesome having our own access. The kitchen was well appointed and the extra refrigerator, oven and dishwasher was extremely helpful. Before our trip we received an email from the homeowners with a heads up about what was different this year due to COVID. Then on our second day there a wonderful chocolate cake arrived from a bakery from the homeowner! Twiddy was easy to reach by text and very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and have already booked this house for next year same week! Can't wait to return."

It has everything you need (including a slow cooker, great new beach chairs, two dishwashers, and three refrigerators). Everything is in perfect working order, and the pool deck/area is amazing. The owners are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. We can't wait to rent it again!"
