Located on the oceanfront in the exclusive Pine Island community, this stunning seaside retreat offers the perfect combination of coastal comfort and exciting amenities to enhance your Outer Banks vacation. From breathtaking views to exclusive amenities, this home offers an unforgettable vacation experience inside and out.
The light-filled great room on the third floor is the heart of the home, where you can take in gorgeous ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax with loved ones or watch TV in the comfortably furnished living area, which features a gas fireplace for use during cooler times of the year. Outside on the deck, salty ocean breezes await you, along with the sound of the waves lapping the shore nearby. The cooks in your group are in for a treat, as the professionally designed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals as elaborate as you’d like throughout your stay, including a double oven. A separate wet bar in the great room offers easy access to beverages. Getting groceries from the ground floor to the kitchen on the third floor is a breeze using the home’s elevator. After big family meals, two dishwashers are a huge help when cleaning up. Let the ocean view serve as your backdrop as you enjoy family meals together in the dining area. A half bathroom is available on the third floor for convenience.
There are nine master bedrooms throughout the property, each with a private bathroom. On the home’s top floor, one master bedroom features modern coastal decor and beautiful ocean views. A beverage center and a microwave are conveniently available in the bedroom. The oceanfront deck is accessible directly from the bedroom, and the spacious bathroom includes a soaking tub for peak relaxation. There are three master bedrooms on the second floor, each with a soaking tub in the private bathroom, as well as access to the deck. Four additional master bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the home, each with a private bathroom.
For those in your group who would appreciate additional privacy, a master bedroom is available on the second floor of the guest house, which is situated slightly northwest of the main home. Also, in the guest house, you’ll find a sitting area on the second floor and a living area on the first floor.
A second living area is available on the middle level of the main home, perfect for those in your group who would like to sneak away for some downtime to watch TV or read a book. Choose from various entertainment options on the ground floor of the home, whether you’re looking for something to do in the evenings or on a rainy day. Queue up your favorite movie in the rec room, which includes a home theatre system, or gather around the pool table for some friendly competition. Snacks and beverages can be readily available in the nearby wet bar, which includes a full refrigerator, eliminating the need to run upstairs for another drink.
Outside, your vacation oasis awaits. Bask in the sunshine poolside and take a dip in the private pool to cool off. If you’re looking to warm up, relax in the bubbling hot tub located on the second-level deck. The shared beach access beside the home is conveniently accessible from the pool area, offering the opportunity to go to and from the beach as you please. The cabana house by the pool includes two full bathrooms, each with a shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand before entering the pool or going into the house.
In addition to the amenities at the vacation home, Pine Island offers a community pool and tennis courts, as well as a gym and a playground. The home’s location allows for serene enjoyment of the coastal environment while being within minutes of attractions, restaurants, and shopping in Corolla.
