Welcome to “Moonlight Reflection”! Decorated in a contemporary California style with Mediterranean accents, this Pine Island community home is adorned in an array of hues reminiscent of sun-washed beaches. Ocean views and sound side marshes allow one to admire the play of light as the day moves from dawn to dusk, followed by the moonlight reflecting on the ever-changing sea.
Step onto the top level and you’ll enjoy unparalleled views of the golden sands and crystal blue waters. The great room is ideal for relaxing and catching up with loved ones. All chefs will love the spacious granite kitchen, complete with a six-burner Jenn-Air stove and double dishwasher. The large dining area allows for conversation and laughter to flow freely during meal times. Outside, the spacious deck area is ideal for relaxing during all times of the day and spotting Outer Banks wildlife. Drift to sleep with the sounds of ocean waves in the luxurious bedroom, complete with a semi-private bathroom. There is also one convenient half bathroom.
The middle level features four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and deck access. The nearby den is ideal for curling up with a beach read or savoring the quiet time of vacation.
The ground level is sure to be a favorite with the ample entertainment space. Challenge the family to a friendly game of pool or cheer everyone on with a beverage from the kitchenette. There are two master bedrooms with private bathrooms. There is also a double laundry area and a cabana half-bathroom. Outside, your private pool paradise awaits! Splash around in the pool or soak in the sun rays on the comfortable furnishings. When you’re ready for the beach, take advantage of the private beach walkway. After a day of sunshine and sandcastles, take a restorative soak in the hot tub before heading to bed.

"Our group of 13 had an amazing week at Moonlight Reflection! Everyone was thrilled to be able to see unobstructive views of both sunrise and sunsets over the ocean and sound. I don't know where to begin to describe what we loved about the house. First, all 7 master bedrooms were attractive and comfortable. When a couple of our guest felt their bed was a little too firm we called and were given comfy mattress covers making us very comfortable. Maintenance was quick to resolve a couple minor issues we called about. We were VERY impressed with the organized and well equipped kitchen. Having a pantry and extra room in a tall cabinet made storing all our food easy. The two large tables accommodated our group with room to spare, leaving the third table set up for cards and games. The handicapped bedroom was perfect for our one guest and we were able to rent a lift chair (through Cloud of Goods) for her which made the week perfect for her. The elevator enabled both people and stuff (luggage and groceries) reach all floors. The living room furniture was comfy and room for everyone. Two dishwashers were great. The home felt solid and sound proofing was good. The pool was clean but cool and I think had a saline instead of chlorine system which was wonderful (one of our guest is allergic to chlorine). The hot tub was used daily by several guests and they loved it. The stairs to the beach appeared to be new which helped us find the house after our walks on the clean sandy beach. Surf was too rough to swim but we surf fished, fed the sea gulls, watched the sand crabs scurry around. We look forward to swim when we return next year. We are returning and encourage you to reserve this house...just not the week we hope to have for years to come."

"We loved that would could see the ocean from the top floor and people on the beach. Some homes are further back and you can't do that. A plus was seeing the sunrise AND the sunset with nothing obstructing your views. The place was very clean and comfortable furnishings. Our family made great memories here! Highly recommend it!"

"The layout of this home fit our 4 families very well we loved the top floor open layout and round tables . It was a great entertaining kitchen. The location in pine island is what we love there was gorgeous views everywhere you looked. The previous renters were smokers and left full ashtrays of cigarettes on the decks outside, while this is not the owners fault i think things might get missed on the cleaning company due to lack of help.Overall the place was buggy, there was layers of bugs dead around all of the doors and windows on the outside. This made sitting outside on the deck chairs impossible due to the bugs. There was some water damage that the owners will need to address on the front bay window and door. Didn’t affect our stay but don’t want the house to be damaged. The beach access is very close, minimal steps. we didn’t have towels when we first arrived but Twiddy took care of the issue efficiently and promptly."
