Treasure your memorable vacation with family and friends at "Sea Pearl." This grand home is where your exceptional Corolla vacation should be. An oceanfront home located in one of the premiere ocean to sound sections of Pine Island, with spectacular sweeping views in every direction! Surround yourself with illuminating sunrises awakening your senses over the ocean, and breathtaking sunsets relaxing your soul over the sound. "Sea Pearl" is a custom-designed oceanfront home. Perhaps the only thing more striking than the beautiful exterior surroundings, is the interior of this home, with well-appointed upgraded finishes, mahogany wood flooring throughout, attention to details, and newly upgraded fine furnishings.
Entering the upper level great room boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound. A well-appointed dream kitchen with newer appliances will be sure to please even the discerning chef. Enjoy the large tucked away breakfast room, perfect for bird watching over the Audubon Sanctuary, overlooking the sound. The exceptionally large dining room provides views of both the ocean and sound, making each meal enjoyed together an extraordinary experience. Just steps outside the sliding door, enjoy another outdoor dining space for crab picking or late night snacks in a roomy screened porch. There are plenty of comfortable furnishings to gather, relax, watch tv, enjoy game night, or simply read a good book by the fire place in the cooler seasons. On this floor you will find three inviting large bedrooms, each with King size beds and private full baths, with exceptional views, and outdoor deck entry and seating from the two oceanfront view rooms. The large soundside view room on this floor offers a café table. Also included on this floor is a full service laundry room, and bonus upper loft area to gaze at the scenery, from the highest vantage point.
Step into the middle level and you will immediately be impressed with the large billiard room. This large lounge room is sure to provide many hours of enjoyment, with its pool table, large screen tv, fireplace, wine refrigerator and wet bar. Expansive decking and a second screened porch, adds endless vantage points, and are the perfect places to enjoy taking in coastal scenery and ocean air. This floor provides seven large quality bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, awesome views, and plenty of room for privacy. Five of the bedrooms on this floor provide direct access to outdoor deck seating. Two of the bedrooms are suitable for younger guests, including a double/double bunk set, and two twin beds.
On the lower level you will find a vast amount of space for recreation for all ages. Find an array of arcade games, championship shuffleboard competition table, poker table, and air hockey to provide fun for the entire family. The main attraction on this level is the 15-seat home theater, outfitted with surround sound and full-sized movie screen for streaming your favorite movie features. The “playroom” also offers a full service bar, commercial grade ice machine and refrigerator for ease of ground level food preparation for dining poolside. From there, it’s just a few steps to the spacious and inviting saltwater gunite pool. Follow your private pathway over the dune, directly to the ocean. Two outdoor showers are provided for rinsing off sandy feet, and an outdoor bathroom is next to the pool for close convenience. No need to worry about reserving a crowded spot on the beach. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Cabana Service is provided to set up beach chairs and umbrellas, Sunday-Friday. A 10 person regulated heated hot tub is also offered year round. The garage on this level provides plenty of beach accessories, a large front load laundry area, and a ping pong table. An elevator is built in for ease of moving groceries and luggage.
For the Golf Lover, book your outing here. "Sea Pearl" guests will receive member-guest rates at the championship Currituck Club Golf Course, designed by Rees Jones. Pine Island Indoor and Outdoor Tennis Courts, and Fitness Center are available for a minimal fee.

"We had a great week at the beach. Without sounding ungrateful, we were disappointed in the general condition of this beautiful home. We understand these homes are rentals, but when paying close to $30K for a week, our expectations are not unreasonably high. We don't expect pristine conditions, but the conditions of the oven, freezer, and lower level washing machine were not acceptable. The house needed to be power washed on the exterior so we could actually use the porches. The pool was great and was a late afternoon highlight every day. With four teenage boys in the house, the lower level game room was awesome. The large food storage pantry was very handy and the ice maker on the lower level provided the ice we needed when the upstairs freezer didn't. We needed a place to hang out wet suits and towels, since the balcony railings were covered in cobwebs and midges. A clothes line in the garage would've been helpful. As the week of beautiful weather ended, the disappointment in the house faded and only the happy memories remain."
"The Sea Pearl was an absolutely beautiful home. The dream kitchen was fully supplied with dishes and cookware. The pool was large, and the pool heating worked great for our cooler May vacation. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The home elevator made navigating the stairs easier. The ocean view was spectacular. We saw tons of dolphins right from the porches. We would definitely return to the Sea Pearl."
"Sea Pearl is a beautiful house. The kitchen is well-stocked and we have plenty of room to store food. The wi-fi in the house literally stops as soon as you walk outside so we couldn't even sit on the beach or even the deck and get some work done. The smart TVs were smarter than us. Most of us couldn't get the TVs working in our rooms unless we used our Netflix or Prime video accounts. Since we had school-aged kids on the trip, we used the theater as a classroom. That way the kids were able to study and we didn't worry about disturbing them. And, we had a serious fly and gnat problem all week that got to be irritating but we were on vacation right on the ocean so who cares. Right? Twiddy is the most helpful company. They responded to my text messages quickly and sent someone to help when we couldn't fix it ourselves. We would absolutely stay there again."
"Sea Pearl is a beautiful home with ample sleeping spaces. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom and that there is a powder room on each floor was a real plus for our group. The pool and surrounding deck space with hot tub provided plenty of space to hang out during the day. The distance to the beach is a short walk and the cabana service was a welcome amenity. Our group was originally supposed to total 22 but due to COVID-19, we only had 15 persons: 6 adults, 6 teenagers, and 3 children ages 5-7. If all 22 people had come, I think we would have had a very chaotic week at this house. The top level was the only location that had couches and chairs to sit and gather. The middle floor had a huge space that could easily have accommodated another lounge area but it was taken up with a huge pool table. It only had one high top table with a couple of chairs and a couple other wood chairs. The lower level has a nice snack bar area with a full refrigerator and a separate ice maker. We kept a lot of snacks and drinks here for easy access from the pool. However, the rest of the lower level is really a giant game room…no lounge area. The home theater is beautiful but we were not able to get it to work due to a lack of specific directions. Finally, while the kitchen had two huge refrigerators and plenty of storage space, there was barely enough silverware for the 15 of us and there were no cookie sheets. All this said, the views of both the ocean and sound (especially the sunsets) are incredible from the decks of this house. We enjoyed our week and we appreciated the fact that the owners were willing to share their beautiful home with us!"
