About Villages at Ocean Hill

This scenic family community enjoys the distinction of being the last road-accessible development on the northern Outer Banks. Nestled between the Currituck Sound and Atlantic Ocean, this community offers families an opportunity to effortlessly experience the natural beauty and tranquility of the Outer Banks.

The Villages at Ocean Hill beaches provide an ideal natural setting for swimming, fishing, surfing, kayaking or simply lying in the sun. Amenities include: several beach accesses, oceanside and soundside community swimming pools, two tennis courts, two pickleball courts, two sand volleyball courts, a basketball court and playground, a lake (for catch-and-release fishing, non-motorized boating, a turtle walk, and deck), fitness center (with gym equipment, lockers, showers, hand towels, and more), several nature trails and paths throughout the community, snack bar, beach gear rentals, and an estuary boardwalk for guests to explore the wetlands bordering the Currituck Sound. Check-In Instructions
Upon notification that your home is ready, proceed to the Corolla Office to pick up your amenity packet for the Villages of Ocean Hill community. Guests arriving early are not allowed to use amenities or common parking lots on change over days until after 4PM.

Community Rules

Visitors should park in driveways and community parking lots only and kindly keep all wheels on the paved surface of the driveway or parking lot. Overnight parking in community parking lots is prohibited. Parking permits are required for use of the oceanfront community parking lots.

Limit vehicle speed on community streets to 15 MPH.

No RVs/trailers are permitted. Boats and trailers are permitted if parked inside a carport. Neither can be parked in the driveway or yard.
