Comfort, recreation, and attention to detail are why families return to Beach-Topia. This family-friendly upscale home provides what you need to make memories, relax, and enjoy the OBX.
Location. Surrounded by nature with all the comforts of home, Beach-Topia is situated only two houses from the beach, less than 500 feet walking distance. It is a quarter mile walk from the soundside boardwalk, a half mile from the 4x4 beach with its famous wild horses, and a mile from shopping and entertainment. Located in The Villages at Ocean Hill (VOH), Corolla, you are surrounded by an upscale private community offering beach access and amenities, surrounded by a maritime landscape.
Recreation. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub with a tiki bar, pergola, poolside covered decks, ample seating, outdoor sink and showers. Your family may also enjoy the community volleyball courts, playgrounds, bike paths, nature trails, and pools at no cost; and may use the tennis, pickleball, and fitness center for a nominal fee.
Dining. Beach-Topia is designed to seat large families with its extended dining table, kitchen island bar, 3-Season room, and outdoor dining on the top floor and pool deck. The well-equipped kitchen pleases cooks with ample counter space and stainless-steel appliances. Two kitchen refrigerators offer cold storage, a water filter, and 3 icemakers, and a third refrigerator with ice maker in the Game Room. A large pantry, buffet cabinet, and bakers rack provides family-sized food storage.
Entertainment. There’s room for everyone to play indoor/outdoorgames, do puzzles, swap stories, and wind down. Spacious living spaces enable the family to spread out or congregate in the Great Room with ocean, sunrise and sunset views. Hang out in the 3-Season room listening to ocean sounds and 180-degree views. Lounge on the decks in sun or shade. Watch TV, connect your own video game console, or borrow one of the many board games in the Game Room. Recuperate while streaming on one of the bedroom Smart TVs. And, if you must stay connected or telework, then do so in comfort using the high-speed internet service and bedroom work-desks.
Rest. The master bedroom on the top floor has ocean views, east deck walkout, a King bed, and ensuite master bathroom. The middle floor is Beach-Topia's primary sleeping quarters with 5 bedrooms. Two master bedrooms feature King beds, ensuite bathrooms, and east deck walkouts. Three additional bedrooms include a King bedroom with east deck walkout, a double bunk room, and a double Twin bedroom. On the ground floor is a master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, and the Game Room has a sleeper sofa and half bath. There is a common bathroom on each level (1 full; 2 half) and all bedrooms and common areas have hard flooring.
Conservation. Beach-Topia does its part to preserve the OBX environment. The house has UV-light sanitizing HVAC systems with digital thermostats and door/window sensors, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, water-saving fixtures, LED lights, tankless hot water heater, Energy Star appliances, recycling, and Low-E glass windows and patio doors. Some proceeds are donated to the Network for Endangered Sea Turtles.
Upon arrival, see our “Welcome Binder” on the Living Room bookcase and pick up a VOH Renter’s Packet from Twiddy containing a card to redeem for community pool passes, parking permit and amenity information.
