"The house was beautiful! It had so many extra amenities. From all of the beautiful kitchen accessories to the beach chairs, boards etc. It shows how much they want their guests to feel at home and need for nothing!"

"The location of this house cannot be beat. It’s a half block from the four wheel drive entrance, and this area is less densely populated than the rest of Corolla. Because of this, there are less people going to these particular beaches. The house is a two minute walk from beach access that pours onto a fairly wide open beach, even in mid July. If you go even a half block south it’s more crowded. We chose to rent this again next year because of the prime location."

"Amazing location able to see sunrise and sunset from the house. Well stocked kitchen for foodies, amazing garage filled with all you need to enjoy pool, beach and more. House is clean, filled with thoughtful touches and a wonderful place to be with friends, family and the wonders of Corolla. Can’t wait to return again next year!"

"We have been coming to the Outerbanks for over 10 years and Seaside Rendezvous has taken the crown for the best house we’ve ever stayed at! From the amazing location, to the stocked kitchen, and the garage full of pool/beach equipment, we were blown away! They even had a dog crate for our pup-who thoroughly enjoyed his first trip to OBX! We arrived to some AC issues and a broken box spring in one of the bedrooms, but Twiddy and the owners rectified it immediately, no questions asked! The house was also impeccably clean! Special thanks to the owners for treating us to Lighthouse Bagels during our stay! Our two weeks spent at Seaside Rendezvous will forever be part of our cherished memories!"

"Very clean ! Well equipped with everything you could possibly need and plenty of everything . For example there was a dog crate and plenty of pool/ beach equipment and chairs. All were so clean . They looked new! Cleanliness is a #1 priority of us when we travel. We can’t be uncomfortable. We were super comfortable ! Lovely home !"

"The improvements to the home from last year ( replace jetted tub with large rain shower in Master and huge HDTV in living space) were just what was needed. We are repeat renters and will be back again next year. The home is fabulous! We highly recommend it!"

"The house was lovely and very well appointed. The access to the beach was easy and it is located at the quiet end of the beach. We went in the pool almost every day (the salt-water pool really eliminated the chlorine smell). The beach toys were great and the cart in the garage were a God-send for getting our tent down to the beach. I went running down the 4X4 every morning and got to see the wild horses one morning. Thank you for providing a wonderful vacation home for our family"

"This home was fantastic! The location is amazing if you like to take your 4x4 out on the sand. The house had everything we needed and then some. The salt water pool in the backyard was a huge hit. My family has stayed in the OBX for 14 years and definitely one of the best houses we have rented. Highly recommend!"

"My true rating for this home would be a 3.5 stars. The location of the home gets 5 stars. It’s four houses down in either direction from beach access. The home was also stocked very well with kitchen supplies and beach/pool supplies. We didn’t need everything we brought because the home had it all. The main floor was also amazing. It was completely open and very conducive to family game nights and dinners together. The reason I knocked 1.5 stars from the review is because the master bedroom did not have a shower. It only has a jacuzzi tub with a hose extension. We had to resort to using the outside shower for ourselves since it was more convenient than the master bath. Also, the toilet and the shower in the jack and Jill bathroom didn’t drain well. We had to call maintenance twice to have it fixed. It didn’t get fixed until the Friday before we left. Lastly, there was a strong pet urine odor coming from the carpet in the basement and one of the bedrooms."

"I was also a bit nervous about renting this house based on past reviews. However, I decided to trust the new owner. I am so glad I did! This house was amazing! Definitely the best house we’ve had in our 7 years visiting Corolla. Kitchen was well-equipped, mattresses were new and incredibly comfortable, and the sunrise and sunset views were fantastic. There were plenty of pool floats/toys and beach accessories. I would rebook this house in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a great vacation experience!"

"Thank you to the new owners. I was hesitant to rent based on past reviews but saw the comments from the new owners and took a chance. I’m so glad I did!! What a great house and great location! Across a cul de sac street from the beach, so minimal traffic. Great sunset views while dining al fresco or cooking dinner. 5 min walk to a wonderful maritime forest where my friend saw the wild horses! Thank you for sharing your home and putting the TLC into it. We’ll be back."
