In addition to a host of private amenities designed for fun and entertainment, this home offers an elevator for added convenience when carrying groceries, luggage and guests throughout the three levels!
Spend sunny days relaxing on expansive decks, or stroll to the convenient beach access just around the corner for a dip in the ocean. You can also take a dip in the private pool, or lounge on the raised deck which surrounds the cool blue water, complete with a pergola and poolside hot tub.
Step inside through the sliding doors to find endless entertainment on the first level of the home. The recreation room features a pool table and comfortable spaces for lounging as well as a full kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The home theater room with stadium-style seating boasts a large projector screen. This is the perfect place for you and your family to unwind together while watching a good movie. However, there seemed to be an overabundance of flies near the pool that we have never run into before. We had a couple maintenance issues that were taken care of within a few hours of calling. The repair man handled all the odd jobs, was very professional and efficient."

"The house was the best we’ve ever stayed (40 years and counting). Spacious, really tasteful artwork throughout, very nice furnishings, lots of get away spots. Front and back decks, pool area, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Kitchen well stocked, very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, 2 chairs in living room need attention, but truly my only negative comment. Spent a full month there. It gets no better than this!"

"Things we loved about this home was the proximity to the beach access-only a few steps away! The elevator- great feature for elderly guests and helping to bring groceries to the third floor! The pool and hot tub were also a favorite, we were happy to find a sufficient amount of lounge chairs for the amount of guests. We all enjoyed the theatre room- great for catching up on movies that we missed when first released! Lastly, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed."

"Chateau de Soleil is beautiful, but is beginning to show its age. Some of the furniture is looking a bit worn. There should be more than two thin pillows on a king size bed. Of note, the home was not as clean as we have come to expect from Twiddy homes (which we have rented for the last 25 years). I understand that there is a tight labor market right now, but when one spends over $15,000 for a high-end home, one expects that it will be thoroughly clean."
