Experience the “Coastal Charm” of this well-appointed Corolla vacation home! Located just one home back from the beach, salty breezes and an ocean view are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Featuring the best amenities and upscale details throughout, there’s plenty of room for your entire family to relax and play. Upon arrival, unloading luggage and groceries is a breeze using the home’s elevator.
The great room on the home's top floor is as functional as it is attractive. Large, ocean-facing windows allow natural light to fill the space, which features modern coastal decor. The living area includes multiple sitting areas, offering an area to relax no matter what you are doing. Chat with loved ones and watch TV on the large sofa. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. A small table and chairs nearby allows you to be included in the conversation while enjoying a cup of coffee or afternoon tea. Outside on the deck, soak in the sunshine while checking out the ocean across the street. Back inside, an additional sitting area is in the center of the great room, adjacent to the wet bar. Stock the wet bar with your family’s favorite beverages for easy access to drinks throughout your stay. Up the small set of stairs, the ship’s watch is a great place to sneak away with a good book. The cooks in your group will love the kitchen, which includes two gas stoves, two refrigerators, and plenty of counter space, all in a thoughtfully designed layout. When it’s time to clean up, the two dishwashers in the kitchen come in handy. Eat, drink, and be merry in the large dining area nearby, which includes a large dining table and barstool seating at the kitchen island. Or choose to dine outdoors on the covered portion of the deck. Additional seating options are available in the sunshine on the deck that overlooks the pool area. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the third floor of the home.
There are three master bedrooms on the top level, each with a private bathroom. Two of the master bedrooms offer access to the deck. Seven additional master bedrooms are available on the home’s second level, each with a private bathroom and five with access to the deck. The second-floor deck offers several seating options, allowing you to choose your favorite way to lounge around. The laundry room is equipped for a crowd, with two washers and two dryers. The home’s final two master bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and each includes a private bathroom.
Entertainment options are aplenty on the ground floor of the home. Family movie night gets an upgrade in the home’s theater room. The rec room will surely be a fun place to be in the evenings, as it includes indoor and outdoor areas to hang out. Inside, the rec room is equipped with a pool table, as well as a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, wine cooler, and ice machine. Open the sliding bar windows to the generously sized screened porch, which includes an outdoor lounge area, barstool seating, and a table. Through the screen door, there is an outdoor ping pong table, the grill area, and a bubbling hot tub. When you’re ready to cool off, make a splash in the private pool, which features a tanning ledge.
The nearest community beach access is a short walk away, just a few homes to the south. When you’re ready to venture out, many of Corolla’s best shopping, dining, and attractions are a bike ride or a short drive from the home.
