Easy Does It is a semi-oceanfront home that offers ocean views, an array of amenities, thoughtful design and comfortable furnishings. Just three lots from the community beach access, getting to and from the beach is a breeze!
When you’re not at the beach, take a dip in the pool out back including the separate kiddie pool, or relax in the hot tub on the level two screened-in porch. Level one features the game room with the pool table and a wet bar, and the first bedroom. Four additional bedrooms are found on level two, as well as the comfortable den that provides a quiet place to watch a movie or read a book! Level three is home to the sixth and final bedroom, and the main living area. The spacious kitchen opens to the dining areas and the cozy living room where there is plenty of room for the whole family to gather. Spend time on the second screened in porch, or out on the deck to take in the beautiful views!

Three houses from the beach access with a great view of the ocean was almost like being right on the beach. The house was equipped with everything we expected including brand new beach chairs, which were a treat. The kitchen was full stocked and lacked nothing, complete with labels in all of the cabinets and drawers for easy retrieval. The pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub were exceptional, and we enjoyed the extra pool toys that were on hand. Overall, a great experience, thank you for sharing your beautiful home!"

"We loved this house! It comfortably fit three generations of a large family. The pool is very nice and large, and the deck access to the pool is very nice. The view of the ocean is one of the best for a semi-oceanfront that I have seen, and the screened in porch was a hit for card games. The beach access is less than a 3 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again with my family!"
"Our home was a perfect location from the beach, we were able to see the ocean from our home and it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach access. The bedroom sizes were perfect for our family of 10 adults and 5 children under 4. The kiddie pool was a saving grace for our littles and the big pool cooled off the adults perfectly."

"We had a great week at Easy Does It. Our 5th different house in OBX and by far our favorite. The exterior and decks are pretty weathered and the sliding doors are a bit rough. That's the only reason for 4 star rating. The interior was great. New floors and upgraded appliances really make a big difference. Beds were soft and comfortable, great kitchen and living room layout, well stocked kitchen and utensils, and a great pool area with good seating. Finally great location with less than 5 min walk to the beach. If you're on the fence, book it."
"Fantastic! We've been vacationing in Corolla for nearly 2 decades and this is the nicest house we've stayed at, not that there was anything bad about the others. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 and the addition of a kiddie pool was great for the youngest in the group. We will be back for sure."
