It’s a “Family Affair” at this comfortable oceanside home in Corolla! This home is centrally located in the Whalehead community, close to the beach as well as shopping, dining, and attractions in Corolla. With an impressive selection of amenities and a spacious layout, inside and outside, this beach house will be your family’s favorite home away from home.
On the top level of the home, the great room is open and airy, with plenty of space for the entire family. Relax in the living area and chat with loved ones or catch up on your favorite show. Outside on the deck, salty breezes and horizon ocean views are available for you to enjoy. The nearby kitchen is equipped for all of your meal preparation needs. Countertop seating is available for a quick grab and go breakfast before heading outside for the day. Two dining tables are available nearby, ensuring that everyone has a seat at the table for meals. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck.
There are three master bedrooms on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and two with deck access. A bonus room with a bunkset can also be found on the middle floor. Laundry facilities are located on level two as well.
On the ground floor of the home, there is an additional master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. The final bedroom and full bathroom are also located on the first floor. Many evenings of fun are on the agenda in the rec room. Gather around the pool table for a little friendly competition, or simply relax on the couch and watch a movie. Whichever you choose, there is a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave included in the rec room, so snacks and cold beverages can always be available.
Outside, play in the sunshine all day long. Take a refreshing dip in the large private pool or simply lounge around poolside. The hot tub is located in the pool area, offering the opportunity to stargaze while enjoying your relaxing soak. The friendly competition continues with a fun game of volleyball on the grass court located just outside of the pool area. The community beach access is located several homes south. Making Outer Banks vacation memories is a “Family Affair” at this lovely beach house!
