Picturesque ocean views are yours to enjoy from countless areas of this impressive home, including 180 degree spectacular vistas from the spacious great room.
Designed with large groups in mind and generous amounts of covered outdoor space, this grand contemporary blends modern style and beach house charm as an idyllic backdrop for your wedding, corporate retreat, or multi-family vacation.
The grand home is like a mini resort, with extensive amenities for indoor entertainment and outdoor recreation. Take a dip in the private pool or hot tub, lounge poolside or on the elevated sun deck. Cook up a feast at the barbeque station and watch the game at the outdoor bar. Just steps from this list of fun-filled amenities lies the private walkway over the dunes to the area’s finest feature: the beach! For the early risers, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning from the dune deck and watch the sun come up over the Atlantic.
Enter the home on the mid-level and find upscale spacious sleeping accommodations. Four king master bedrooms offer a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Two additional themed bunk rooms, both offering private bathrooms, are ideal for the kids and teens in the group. A den with a queen sleeper sofa, large screen TV, and private bathroom provide additional sleeping options.
Ride the elevator to the top level and take in the gorgeous oceanfront views and stunning contemporary interior design. The expansive great room offers a layout that is perfectly suited for entertaining. Upscale contemporary furnishings outfit the main living area with a gas fireplace for added ambiance. The gourmet kitchen will impress even the most discerning of chefs. Steps from the kitchen, the dining area offers ocean views while you enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends. Four spacious king master bedrooms feature luxuriously appointed private bathrooms.
As if that wasn’t enough, walk across the covered deck to the two-story "Entertainment Wing" that has even more amenities! From the mid-level deck, enter to kick back and relax with a movie in the theater room. You’ll also find a huge screened porch where you can simultaneously enjoy a game of ping pong and ocean breezes. On the top level of the "Entertainment Wing", you’ll discover a fully loaded rec room! Challenge your friends and family to a game of billiards or gather to watch your team in the large sports bar. The area is complete with a kitchenette, so snacks and drinks are never too far from reach. Tucked on the back of the top floor, the spa suite bedroom features a king bed and luxurious bathroom for the ultimate in private retreat.

"We loved this home! Stayed at a few diff ones and this one was our fav! We had a total of 20 adults and 2 kids and there were soo many diff areas that I hardly ever ran into other people. Lol. They really thought things through in their designs, layout and the bedrooms are actually a little bigger than what they looked like in the pictures. Everyone had access to a deck from their rooms and the kitchen had everything we needed (just took a min to find lol). However, BE VERY CAREFUL about putting on the flood lights at night time and opening doors!!! Yikes! There were sooo many bugs! The pool was great for the two little ones (1&2 years old) and the shallow parts were great for laying out too. We loved that there were two outdoors showers and two nice outdoor bathrooms. The outdoor spaces were really nice! But again, we were there at the beginning of oct and when we put the outdoor lights on, the bugs were insane! The large hot tub was HUGE and easy to use. Def hope this same home is avail when we come back in 2022!"
