Find yourself in a ‘Sunny Daze” at this beautiful semi-oceanfront home! Beautiful ocean views combine with comfortable accommodations to offer your family and friends a memorable OBX vacation. The beach is just a short walk away, and many shopping, dining, and entertainment options are within minutes of the home.
The great room on the third floor is the home’s main gathering place. Relax in the comfortable living area and chat with loved ones or watch your favorite TV show. A wood-burning fireplace is available if you encounter chilly weather. Outside on the deck, enjoy the salty breeze and ocean view. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen will surely please the cooks in your group. Dining options include the main dining area, which offers views of the ocean, and a smaller breakfast room just off of the kitchen. If you’d prefer to dine outdoors, there is also a screened porch. A half bathroom is included on the top level.
There are two master bedrooms on the third floor, each with a private bathroom. Two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located on the middle level of the home. The final two bedrooms on the second-floor share a full bathroom between them.
The family room on the middle level is equipped with a TV and comfortable furniture, perfect for kids to watch their preferred shows. Outside, decks are available on both the front and back of the house. The covered front deck is a great place to relax with a good book. The back deck is expansive and offers a sun deck that overlooks the pool area.
On the ground floor, there is a ping pong table in the rec room, as well as a second refrigerator, convenient to the pool area. Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The patio with pool and surrounding yard are fenced in, giving the kids in your group plenty of room to run around and play. Shuffleboard, a basketball goal, and a volleyball court are also available for some friendly competition among family members. “Sunny Daze” will leave you sunkissed with treasured vacation memories!
