"This is our 3rd year in this beautiful and spacious beach front home. Accommodating to our very large party yet has a cozy home feel. We really appreciated the mid week pool cleaning as well as trash cans being takin to the curb for us. The game room a wonderful private space for the kids to enjoy. The 3rd floor set up is accommodating to large group. Well functioning controllable A/C on all levels of home."

"Big beautiful home! Enjoyed it with family and friend for the week. Pool and hot tub were excellent and the oceanfront location made the beach super easy to access. Our family goes every year and this was by far the best house we’ve ever stayed at."

"The home was better than advertised. Beautiful house can't think of an amenity that wasn't there. We had 19 people from 2-2yr olds to 2-71yr olds celebrating their 50th anniversary. The house never felt uncomfortable or crowded. The fit & finishes for such a large home were outstanding!! We are so happy that we chose this home."

"For a large house with a lot of bedrooms- this feels like a home. We have stayed at several larger houses and many feel like a small hotel- this feels like a home. The layout is great. The top floor is great for accommodating a lot of people but you can still have different areas to gather."

"We love the Taj Mahal! It was a beautiful home, and our family of 21 fit with room to spare! We had a couple minor issues that were taken care of very quickly, and we were impressed with how nice and helpful everyone was! Also, the welcome gifts were awesome! (and sweet!) We appreciated them! The house was well stocked. We wished we had more towels but found out this is the norm in Outer Banks - many homes do not supply any towels or even bed sheets, so that's the way it is. But the home could not be nicer! And, we loved the location. We hope to be back. Our family rated it our best family vacation ever! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!"

"What an amazing house. We've been coming to OBX for a decade and have stayed at a handful of houses. Taj Mahal is one of our favorites. The layout was great. Pool, play room all was great. Only thing we are sad about is the removal of the 52 week hold. Now it seems we will not be able to book again. SMH to repeat customers."

"This is a gorgeous home with a great location. We have stayed here two years with the third year already reserved. Twiddy is very responsive with any issues. Our only complaint is that a couple of the King sized mattresses are too soft and lumpy. A couple of us ended up with back aches from the beds."

"Very beautiful home. All amenities are spectacular and the views...I can not say enough about the views. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again. For those who are looking for a place to accommodate a large family, we had 20 adults 6 children, this is the house for you. The elevator was very nice for family members with limited mobility. Plenty of space for relaxation and not be cramped. The floor plan was very well thought out and nicely decorated. Spacious rooms and spacious bathrooms. The open floor plan of the 3rd floor was amazing!! One flaw was the garbage pick up. The bins were full on arrival so our added bags made more overflow until garbage day. However arrangements were made by Twiddy to make sure everything made it to the street in time for collection. Thank you for a FANTABULOUS stay!!!"

"Taj Mahal was absolutely beautiful! Every room was perfect and the outdoor space was equally as great. It was a great space for a large group and the view was amazing! I think the only downfall was no garbage disposal which is very difficult when large groups are eating together."
