Cheers “To The Beach” from this charming Corolla beach house! Located on a corner lot, salty breezes and horizon ocean views are yours to enjoy since this house is the third house from the beach. This family friendly home has everything you need to make new OBX vacation memories.
The great room on the top floor of the home is spacious and open, with designated areas for various activities. Relax with loved ones in the living area and plan your day. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. Retreat to the ship’s watch to daydream while watching the birds outside of the windows. The sunroom off of the kitchen serves as an additional quiet space to play a hand of cards or put together a puzzle throughout the week. The kitchen is excellently equipped to prepare meals throughout your vacation. Dine together in the dining area nearby. The island and open space make breakfast and lunch a breeze, with plenty of room for the cooks to prepare perfect beach dinners! The separate coffee and drink station makes it easy for busy families to share the kitchen. The outside deck on the third floor is a great space to enjoy a little privacy and watch the beautiful sunsets so famous on the OBX. Relax with a good book and the sunset on the back deck. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes access to the deck and a private bathroom with a dual shower. A half bathroom is also included on the third floor of the home.
The additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, and all include deck access. There is one king master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. A queen bedroom has a semi-private full bathroom that also opens to the hallway, and the twin bedroom has access to one of the full bathrooms on this level. The second level also offers a den/office space, providing a quiet, private space for reading, phone calls, or that unexpected work request. The office space includes its own private bathroom and views over the pool area. The final bedroom and laundry facilities can also be found on the second level.
Outside, fun in the sun is on the agenda. Play all day long in the refreshing private pool. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Have lunch or enjoy happy hour out by the pool. "This house is perfect. Very short walk to the beach, and the trees surrounding the house make it private. It has the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen in OBX. The Blackstone grill makes awesome steaks, burgers and fajitas. The layout of the house is perfect. On the front deck you can see and hear the ocean and the back deck is a great hideaway. Drinking morning coffee in the Ship Watch with the windows open, listening to the birds, before the rest of the family gets up is a great start to a beach day. And so many good books to choose! I enjoyed picking stories from Our Shoes Our Selves and the 36 Hours travel book. I will definitely come back to this house again"

"We loved our stay! The proximity to the beach was perfect. The observation room and game room got a lot of use along with the pool and basketball hoop! We have a 2 year old who was easy to contain with one gate for the steps on the main level. He had enough freedom to run around while safe which was super important!! The access to the pool was very safe with only one entrance that is a tall gate our 10 year old couldn’t reach. I felt comfortable letting the kids play outside without fear of them ending up in the pool. We are already planning our trip for next summer!!"
