Gather your family and friends for a 5-star vacation with a view of the sea at “Vista Mare!” Located just three homes back from the oceanfront, this custom beach house features a spacious floor plan with thoughtful, sophisticated design. Relax and enjoy this beautifully appointed home with convenient beach access and exclusive beach cabana tent set-up during peak weeks.
The bright and airy great room on the top floor boasts vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows, and multiple seating areas for comfort, conversation, and relaxation. Elegant and understated coastal furnishings and finishes were carefully selected to complement the clean white walls and shiplap accents. Vista Mare’s kitchen is a dream for large groups with its 6-burner gas stove and dual oven, two sinks, two dishwashers, pantry, and expansive marbled quartz island. Step outside onto the large deck off the dining area, a perfect spot to gather for cocktails, coffee, or even an al fresco meal while enjoying the ocean air. A shuffleboard table provides added recreation in the great room, as well as a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months. The luxurious top floor master bedroom offers its own private deck and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity.
Six additional master bedrooms can be found on the mid-level, each with a private bathroom. The bedrooms offer a variety of bed arrangements to accommodate families and groups, including a custom-built 6 bed bunk room and a family suite with 2 queens, a vanity room, and a shower with tub. Guests will love having their own coffee bar on the mid-level with a sink and full-sized fridge to keep snacks and drinks close-by. Grab your breakfast and retreat to your covered deck overlooking the serene pool area below. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom and can be found on the ground floor.
Entertainment abounds on the ground floor. Vista Mare offers a well-equipped rec area with a pool table, walk-behind wet bar with fridge, and a theater room with barn doors and two-tiered lounge seating. Enjoy a ping pong table, putting green, cornhole and bocce around the pool complex. Outside, you’ll find the same luxurious coastal aesthetic as inside of the home. Hang out at the poolside cabana with a cold beverage and watch TV when you need a break from lounging in the sun. The shallow sundeck in the large pool is always a hit with kids and adults alike!
The home features multiple technology upgrades, including smart TVs and a Sonos audio system throughout the interior and exterior. There are multiple workspaces throughout the home for those that need to check in with school or the office. The Mackerel beach access is conveniently located just two homes North, and the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in Corolla is a bike ride or short drive away. Your group will love relaxing in the luxury and convenience of “Vista Mare!”

"The home was great! 2 washers, dryers, dishwasher, 4 refrigerators and 2 grills! The pool was nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs! We especially liked the beach set up with chairs and a tent! There were plenty kitchen accessories!"

"The house was beautiful and had so much to do! We loved playing shuffleboard, chess, corn hole and arcade games. The pool was big and everyone enjoyed playing pool volleyball. The 4 refrigerators were great to hold our drinks and food. The kitchen lacked a crock pot which we were told it had and had, and the grill wasn’t the greatest to use and fairly small for the amount of people using the house. It was a short walk to the beach and the cabana set up with 6 chairs was awesome!"

"Beautiful house very well appointed. All appliances in great condition everything there you could want. Great amount of activities in the house to keep a gang of teenagers busy : movie room, shuffle board, pool table, golf. Kitchen was amazing. Locations was ok a bit for from the beach but the addition of the beach set up made that more manageable."
