About Duck Landing

Duck Landing is a quaint community in the heart of the town of Duck. Take a stroll to the west and find yourself directly across from Duck Town Park, which hosts a variety of family-friendly activities, and includes a boardwalk that runs along the Currituck Sound. The clubhouse and tennis courts are conveniently located steps from the community beach access. The clubhouse boasts an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, fitness/weight room, and game room.

Indoor pool, clubhouse, fitness room, tennis courts & playground are open year-round.

Community amenities are available 9am-4pm daily, but the tennis courts are only available during sunlight hours.

Check-In Instructions
Community amenities are available for use prior to check-in. Upon arrival, register at the clubhouse located at 147 Duck Landing Lane to receive your parking pass and community packet.

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day. There is a vendor that rolls all trash and recycle cans back to the house after collection. Off-season (November 1 - April 30) recycling is on the 1st & 3rd Monday of the month only.

  • No Street Parking
  • No RVs
  • No Boats
  • No Trailers
  • Golf Carts are allowed

RVs, trailers and boats are not permitted within the community unless they fit completely in the garage or carport.

Parking passes are required Memorial Day-Labor Day. Towing is enforced.

Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space and display a parking pass. Carts parked on the grass or road side are subject to towing.

Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance.

Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00pm.
