"Everything about the house was great. We loved the layout, the view, the covered porches. Our whole family loved the house. The elevator is a must for us, as most of us are seniors. The kitchen has a great layout and the double dishwashers, over and upgraded kitchen made it easy to cook."

"This home listed on the website site was everything that was mentioned in the description. It was clean which was a huge plus and very well equipped with anyone’s cooking needs. We would go back to this house again without hesitation. You can walk to town and you are right on the beach………All you need!!!"

"Its our second visit .. rebooking for next year .. great home .. few minor issues .. but that is to be expected. We like the pool in the front. Wifi is hit or miss .. sometimes works good and other not at all... so movie night was spotty .. Only one refrigerator on the first floor ( one on lower level) so it can be a little tight. Bed Rooms are nice size . .pool heat (when working) does a great job and is pretty quick. Top floor with kitchen has great views. the kitchen is well stocked.. We will be back"

"It had a lot of great appliances to use in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and the spaces were well laid out so we all had our privacy when we wanted it. I loved the view, the walkway to the beach, and the cabana service was fantastic each morning."

"Very, very comfortable with so many amenities. Loved the many decks and ocean views, the hot tub, pool, and more...... The bathroom in the main/upper bedroom was surprisingly small but not a big deal. Direct access to the beach was great although others regularly decided to plant their umbrellas and chairs on the beach at the bottom of our stairs to the beach ?? Will definitely want to come back..."

"Beautiful views, well kept, clean, well stocked home! The spacious and plentiful decks and outdoor seating compliment the grounds, private hot tub area, and private walkway to the beach. The benches snd table along the private walkway were a nice touch. Highly recommend!"

"Nice location and spacious home for family to spread out. Beautiful views of sunrise. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook. Elevator was a must for this trip. Our entire family enjoyed the home and decks. Very comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Bathrooms were smallish, but we had lots of them. The DVD player had been removed during our stay. This was a little disappointing because there was a great movie collection. Overall, we had a great vacation and would would rent again."

"We loved beachspoke There was plenty of room for our family of 13, everyone could find their own space. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Access to the beach was wonderful. We felt the pool was a little on the small side but our grandchildren had no complaints. It was our 1st stay in Duck but won't be our last. Twiddy was very available when needed."

"We loved "Beachspoke" so much that we booked it again for 2022! The house was perfect to accommodate our large extended family. The ocean view is spectacular (feels like you are on a cruise when looking out from the kitchen) and there are so many places to hang out/relax. We just loved the decor and were especially impressed with how the kitchen is so well stocked - it has everything you can imagine! (multiples of everything which is awesome to make dinners for such a large group). We enjoyed the beach setup each morning with 2 umbrellas and 6 beach chairs. Can't wait to return!"

"The home and it’s equipment is perfect. Sadly, the only complaint is the amount of midgies. This is probably beyond control for the homeowner but it almost seems like it has a nest on the beachfront porches making sitting on the porch inossible. This is an A plus hone midgies aside."

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for meal prep and full panoramic views of the ocean. Very well maintained and beds were very comfortable. We loved the master bedroom access to the ocean front deck! Beautifully decorated and sure to please any guest. Was great to be back at OBX!"

"We LOVE this house, it's location and all of it's amenities!! This was our third time staying in this property with our children and grandchildren. It meets all of our wants and desires. Plenty of room for meals together, late nights on the deck listening to the waves, bunk room for the kids, Theater room for Star Wars and plenty of room in front of the house on the beach. Love the umbrella and chair set up in the am, all of the high end kitchen amenities, espresso machine, big mixer, plenty of dishes, etc. We have already booked again for next year!"
