"We have rented several houses over the years in the Outer Banks. This was our favorite. The kitchen was nicely appointed, especially liked the two dishwashers. The house was very clean. Loved that king and queen bedrooms have their own bath. Loved the grassy yard and nicely sanded volleyball court. The pool was a nice size. Beach access was very convenient. The commonly shared facilities were a nice bonus."

"Breakers is a great vacation home! Plenty of space. Bedrooms are large, family areas are "homey". The pool is fantastic! Has a gas grill and hot tub. We spent a lot of time out there. The beach is a short walk away. The house had everything we needed. We ❤ Breakers and the Outer Banks! "The house was situated perfectly in Four Seasons; we were between two entrances to the beach and close to the community pool which we did not need because the pool at our house was amazing. We had sun on the pool most of the day while the houses behind us were mainly in the shade. The layout was amazing and anyone that needed quiet time had the opportunity to take it. The house has a Keurig single and full coffee pot machine that takes regular filters. There are two griddles and a panini maker so don't bring your own. The only thing missing is a crock pot but that's not a big deal. We didn't find the ice maker in the kitchen until Thursday which was a bummer so look for the flat panel in the kitchen - it's not a cupboard. We were close enough to downtown that if we wanted to walk, we could. Overall, an amazing vacation!"

"The Breakers was a great vacation home. The kitchen had everything you could want to prepare food for large groups. The pool, hot tub and large backyard were a blessing. The open living room and kitchen allowed us to all be together for game nights."
