"Fair Winds" sets the scene for a vacation to remember! The semi-oceanfront location in Four Seasons features ocean views from the front porches and is situated in a cul-de-sac directly across from the walkway to the beach and adjacent to the community pool and playground. This retreat sets the scene for a memorable vacation.
The warmly decorated interior features tasteful furnishings. The seven bedrooms and seven full and one half baths (with tile walk-in showers) comfortably accommodate large families. The upper level extends a great room with multiple seating and eating areas, an electric fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, covered porch with ocean views, two master suites, an additional half bath and reading nook. The mid-level has three additional master suites, two with walk-in showers and one with a shower/tub combo, two additional bedrooms and baths, and a laundry room.
The lower level is equipped for fun and features a rec room with pool table and refrigerator, a media room with surround sound, comfortable seating and a full bathroom. Outside, you'll find a private pool, hot tub and pergola, shower, a gas grill and a sand volleyball court. The family can have hours of vacation fun!

"The house was very clean, kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the walk to the beach was super easy. The beach access also had showers and foot washing stations which was great for those quick runs back to the house. We didn't need Twiddy service, but they called us on the drive down and said the previous tenant reported an unresponsive thermostat so they were sending a HVAC tech the next morning. Good communication all around!"
