About Four Seasons

Four Seasons is an premier ocean to sound community in the town of Duck. Upon passing through the gate to the oceanside section of the community, you will notice that this community has exceptional curb appeal. The roads wind through the community, up and down hills. Convenient sidewalks on the north and south boundaries of the community lead directly to the beach. Sidewalks in the center of the community lead to the beach, playground area and the community clubhouse and pools. To reach the town of Duck, walk, bike, or take the Four Seasons Trolley (seasonal availability). Enjoy stunning sunsets from the Four Seasons soundside pier.

Amenities abound in Four Seasons. This gated community features two beach accesses with parking, a clubhouse with an indoor pool, fitness facility and game room, trolley that circulates within the community and to the beach during the summer, outdoor community pool, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, sidewalks throughout the community, and a soundside pier.

After check-in, register at the Four Seasons Clubhouse located at 105 Four Seasons Lane to begin accessing the community amenities.

A vendor rolls all trash and recycle cans out to the street and then rolls the empty cans back to the house after pick-up. (Sunday & Thursday-Roll out/ Monday & Friday-Roll back). This service is offered year-round.

Please do not roll the receptacles to the curb and please do not block the bins.

Off season (November 1 - April 30) recycling is on the 1st & 3rd Monday of every month only.

  • No towels on Balconies/Decks
  • Golf carts are allowed

Parking permits are required. Parking on the street is not permitted.

Boats, trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, large trucks, etc. are not permitted to remain at the home overnight unless they are contained within a carport or garage.

Refrain from hanging towels or clothing from decks or balconies located on the front of the home. This also includes any signage in the yard or decks, i.e. Anniversary Banners, Reunion Banners, College Football teams etc.

Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11pm.

Golf carts may be used on the streets if driven by a licensed driver and with a community pass. Please be sure to part in designated parking spots, not on the grass or on the road.
