A vendor rolls all trash and recycle cans out to the street and then rolls the empty cans back to the house after pick-up. (Sunday & Thursday-Roll out/ Monday & Friday-Roll back). This service is offered year-round.
Please do not roll the receptacles to the curb and please do not block the bins.
Off season (November 1 - April 30) recycling is on the 1st & 3rd Monday of every month only.
Parking permits are required. Parking on the street is not permitted.
Boats, trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, large trucks, etc. are not permitted to remain at the home overnight unless they are contained within a carport or garage.
Refrain from hanging towels or clothing from decks or balconies located on the front of the home. This also includes any signage in the yard or decks, i.e. Anniversary Banners, Reunion Banners, College Football teams etc.
Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11pm.
Golf carts may be used on the streets if driven by a licensed driver and with a community pass. Please be sure to part in designated parking spots, not on the grass or on the road.
