"Nice location. Good layout."

Jessica   ·  Stayed August 2024

"This is our 11th year coming to Duck for vacation and this house is by far the best we have ever stayed in. It was very clean on both the outside and inside. There were no issues at all. It was also the closest we have stayed to the beach in Four Seasons and loved it was on a culdasac with easy access to the beach. This house is also the first house where we did not have to have maintenance come for any issues, which was amazing. The water heater did end up running out of propane but was quickly refilled after Twiddy being called and we chalked that up to it being the end of the season so that didn’t have anything to do with the quality and comfort of the house itself. The rooms were also situated and spread out with the best floor plan we have had so far. We highly recommend this house and will definitely be returning."

"Large kitchen, porch with multiple chairs and swing, spacious house with two washing machines."

Carol   ·  Stayed July 2024

"My family travels from near and far every 2 years to vacation together. We would all consider this home was one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. Definitely the best equipped kitchen ever! The distance to the beach was decent, the shade for an afternoon swim in the pool (after a day of SUN on the beach), the way the bedrooms are situated helping keep noise at a minimum are just a few of the many things we appreciated about this home."

"Placement of rooms, number of bathrooms, size of yard/volleyball court, pool, two washer/dryers, water filtered faucet and ice machine along with beverage frig and extra frig"

Jeff   ·  Stayed July 2023

"Sea Calls is the perfect layout for a large family. This home offers plenty of space to move around and the bedrooms give privacy from the common areas. In the backyard you can find a volleyball court with a lot of space to play yard games, as well as a private pool. Beach access was a short walk away and you can easily go back and forth between the house and beach for food and a break from the sun. The top deck was a favorite spot for kids and adults with a swing and a full dining table with umbrella. Inside the house, the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of space to cook on a large gas stove top and two dishwashers."

"Great kitchen, stocked with everything you can imagine. 8 bedrooms/7 full baths, pool, volleyball court, corn hole, etc. Close to the beach with ideal walking path. Within walking distance to tennis courts, restaurants, and shops in Duck. Beautiful home that we plan to rent again."

Kim   ·  Stayed May 2023

"I loved all of the attention to detail that went into the home. The owners are dear friends of mine and I still had no idea what a gem this home was. We are very likely to visit OBX again and stay at the Sea Calls!"

"The Kitchen… I love it… it has everything and lots of room for everyone to be helping❤️"

Lisa   ·  Stayed August 2022

"We loved how close it was to the beach. The kitchen was very big and spacious. Fully packed. My kids loved how each one had there own floor. The different levels of the house was very accommodating."

Gayla   ·  Stayed April 2022

"Sea Calls is a wonderful house to stay in especially with kids. Very well equipped and close to the beach while also walkable to the shops in Duck. This was our second year staying there. We love it so much last year that we booked again."

"Great house inside and out! Pool furniture and hot tub need to be replaced, otherwise perfect! We will be back"

Tara   ·  Stayed April 2021

"Awesome home! Bedrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Great location from beach, dining, and shopping."

Rudolph   ·  Stayed September 2020

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sea Calls! Being able to walk to the beach via the sidewalk was wonderful with small children, strollers, and all that entails. Also, the ability to walk to shopping and dining out was fun. The home was pristine, beautiful, welcoming, and the best stocked kitchen we have been in on the Outer Banks. The only thing anyone mentioned that was a little challenging for a group of 17 is the dining area. It was quite cramped for the number of people the other areas of the home so easily accommodate. We would certainly return to Sea Calls, though!"

Steve   ·  Stayed July 2020

"Great home for large group. House was stocked well (eg two washers and two dryers, two dishwashers, plenty of refrigerators and ice, etc.). Pool was nice and clean. Might need a refresh soon on the liner. Biggest issue was the grill. It works fine but runs real hot so must be watched closely. Overall fantastic stay for our group ."

Michael   ·  Stayed June 2020

"Sea Calls was a wonderful home for our family vacation - we utilized all 8 bedrooms and were so comfortable! 5 separate families enjoyed this space and appreciated the layout that allowed for privacy and quiet spaces - the various levels seemed to keep the sound from carrying as much as it would in a 3-4 level standard home. The four seasons community was so pretty and the beach access was easy to get to. It only took us 3-5min to walk to the ocean."

Connie   ·  Stayed May 2020

"The house size and number of beds was perfect for the 25 of us that came to stay at the house. Two families made up for 14 of those 25. The Rec room was great for the teenagers to hang out, we never felt on top of one another and there was room enough to “get away” from anyone if needed. We had a few issues which were “annoying” however the twiddy staff was super accommodating and willing to help anyway they could! The ONLY reason the house got a 3 star were because there were issues, not because it wasn’t a great home. The walking distance to the beach was short and doable, no complaints there."
