Come see why “Sunrise Legacy” is a great Outer Banks home for your family. Packed with amenities inside and out, this home offers convenience to both the beach and the town of Duck. Relax on the top level of the home in the bright and cheery great room that is illuminated with each morning’s sunrise. Multiple seating options in the dining area ensure that everyone can enjoy meals together. The open kitchen is well-stocked and offers two dishwashers and an extra prep sink in the bar area.
The rec room is equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave, and a bar sink. Enjoy shooting pool while watching the wall-mounted Smart TV or listen to your favorite streaming audio with the Sonos amp located in the cabinet connected to both the inside rec room speakers and outside pool area speakers.
The exterior of the home was designed with vacation fun in mind. Splash in the private heated pool, soak in the sun on the surrounding pool furniture or enjoy the shaded hot tub. Relax at the covered poolside cabana or spend your afternoons playing volleyball with friends and family. In the cooler months, continue to enjoy the hot tub and the cozy great room fireplace.
Located in the gated Four Seasons community, this home is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and activities in Duck Village with its soundside boardwalk and walking/biking trails. Guests have access to all of the community amenities that Four Seasons has to offer, including a trolley that runs throughout the community (Memorial Day - Labor Day). The Clubhouse includes a fitness center, a game room with ping pong, an indoor community pool with a heated baby pool, a sunbathing courtyard with an outdoor picnic area, basketball, and tennis and pickleball courts. The outdoor community pool by the beach access includes a children’s playground, shuffleboard, tetherball, cornhole, and beach access parking. Four Seasons has two community access points to the Atlantic Ocean for beach fun and a Soundside Pier on the Currituck Sound for crabbing and fishing and viewing a lovely sunset. Finally, Four Seasons provides trash service to roll out and back the trash and recycling cans on service days, allowing your family to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The kitchen had everything you could possibly want, including a crock pot!! We had more than enough dishes to cook a feast and even plastic ware to store left overs.
