Enjoy the coastal comfort and great semi-oceanfront location of “Margaritaville II” while searching for your lost shaker of salt!
This classic beach home is just one house back from the beach, so ocean views and salty breezes will be on your daily vacation agenda. The rooftop observation deck has comfortable seating and offers great views of the ocean and the surrounding area. Directly under the observation deck is a charming screened porch, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon drink. The great room on the top level of the home will surely be the place where everyone chooses to congregate. The living area features comfortable seating, perfect for lounging around with family. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with all the equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, and it includes plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table in the dining area with access to the ocean-facing deck. There is a separate den with a TV and deck access. There is one bedroom on the top level, as well as a full bathroom.
The middle level consists of sleeping quarters. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. One additional bedroom and one full bathroom can also be found on the second floor.
The final master bedroom is on the ground floor of the home, and it includes a private bathroom. The family room on the first floor includes a kitchenette and can serve as an additional living area. There is also a half bathroom on the ground level, which is convenient to the pool area. The entry to the home and the laundry facilities can be found on the ground level.
Outside, get ready for some fun in the sun. Splash into the private pool, which features a shallow area that is perfect for in-pool tanning. Head over to the hot tub for a relaxing soak at the end of each vacation day. Located in the Port Trinitie community, this home is situated in a quiet area yet is still convenient to shopping, dining, and activities in Duck Village. Port Trinitie offers access to a community pool and tennis courts. Your family will love wastin’ away at “Margaritaville II” on the Outer Banks!

"This home had a lot of great amenities. We especially appreciated the outdoor freight elevator. The pool was wonderful. The icemaker was a nice plus, however, it didn't seem to make a lot of ice. It was nice to have laundry facilities but would have liked it better indoor and on one of the living floors. An additional refrigerator would have been a plus. The additional drink cooler was helpful. We found the open stairs leading to the front door a bit difficult. Perhaps if they were closed steps and a small landing at the top before reaching the door would have been helpful. It was well stocked with kitchen items. We had a great week and our few wishes did not deter us from having a good week!"

"Great house with wonderful kitchen and family room space, lots of decks on every level and we especially loved the top deck for coffee in the am and looking at stars at night. The pool was excellent! Clean, refreshing and just right for two families with a few kids. Out door shower was so nice. The ocean right across the street and everything in Duck just minutes away. We loved the Safari Tour to see the wild horses up north. Saw dolphins and pelicans and many birds. Thank you to the owners! Oh, and the ice maker in the kitchen was awesome - used it all the time!"
"The proximity to the beach, the private pool, the outdoor shower and the roof top deck were wonderful amenities. The bunk room was a big hit with my 4 grandchildren and the side room off the great room gave the kids a place for their toys. But the most important amenity was the elevator that enabled us to unload as well as grocery shop and get everything into the house with ease. The elevator was so helpful moving out and saved us so much time and energy. We are repeat renters, the last time was 25 years ago and it was nice to discover new amenities that made our week even more enjoyable."

Angela, thank you for your survey. We also love the new pool and our proximity to the beach. We’re sorry that you found the beds to be uncomfortable. Just last year, we replaced the queen beds’ box springs, and the box springs and mattresses on the twin beds. We appreciate your feedback, and hope to replace the queen mattresses before the next rental season.
"Margaritaville II is the perfect, cozy house. It is a two-minute walk to the beach. The house is stocked with kitchen basics (and more), games, seating, and beds. The decks, screened-in porch, and hot tub were favorite hangout spots. Close to Duck’s restaurants and shops!"
