Twiddy and Company is not responsible for any item(s) left in a vacation home but will make every attempt to try and recover them. If located, we will ship the item(s) for a minimum fee of $25.00. If the UPS shipping charge is more than $25.00, you are responsible for paying the difference (large or very heavy items). Items not claimed within 14 days will be donated to a local charity.
